This home has just been remodeled and updated! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a 6 qt 7 in 1 Instapot, 4.4 Qt Air Fryer, electric griddle, 12 cup coffeemaker and a single serve coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
The property sits on 2 lots completely fenced that you can choose to separate. Your pets will have lots of room to enjoy their vacay too. Plenty of room to park boats, RVs, or trailers so bring all your toys! Being on a corner lot, you will love the privacy of the landscaping with a beautiful large oak tree providing plenty of shade. You can choose to lounge on the front porch or rest after a long day exploring the area in the screened in back patio. A BBQ charcoal grill is provided as well as a large picnic table that can seat 8 adults.
There is also a fire pit with firewood upon request as well as a 2 hammocks to enjoy some downtime.
Inside the home your family or friends will have lots of fun challenging each other to a game of darts or ring toss. Plenty of board games, jigsaw puzzles, and playing cards for all ages. Everyone will have plenty of options to choose what to watch as we have equipped the living room, den, and each bedroom with smart TVs for a total of 4! High speed internet is provided.

Bedroom #1 has a comfortable queen sized bed with 2 USB ports installed on the headboard, 2 night stands with additional USB ports, 2 luggage racks, and full size closet. A 40” smart TV for your private viewing is included. This space also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair that provides several USB ports.

Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed with 2 USB ports installed on the headboard. You can never have enough charging stations so we also have provided 2 nightstands that also include several USB ports! This bedroom has a full size closet with an additional 2 luggage racks. A 40” smart TV is included in this space as well.

The living room space provides a leather couch with 2 recliners and a leather swivel rocker. There are 2 end tables with additional USB ports in both! Enjoy streaming all your favorite apps on the large 55” smart TV. For those colder nights you can easily turn on the electric fireplace or just enjoy the ambience without the heat. The open floor plan makes it easy to congregate between those seated at the dining table, the kitchen island bar stools, or preparing meals in the kitchen.

The Den is equipped for fun! There you will find a huge leather sectional with 2 end recliner. Have a blast playing darts or the addictive game of ring toss! A small bar and bar stools are there to enjoy a drink while playing or watching the game on the 55” smart TV. When night comes and everyone is ready for bed the den turns into a sleeping space with a large comfortable queen sized Murphy bed! We also have provided a queen size air mattress if needed in addition.

You also will have a full size washer and dryer to wash your clothes after all your adventures!

This destination gives you access to the best of what Florida has to offer! Silver Springs State Park is the state’s oldest tourist attraction. Enjoy a ride on the famous glass bottom boats and explore Silver Springs, home of many famous movies and TV shows over the decades. You might get lucky and spot a descendent from some of the old Tarzan movies filmed there, wild monkeys! But you are sure to see much of beautiful Florida wildlife such as gators, manatees, and many species of birds.
You also can take a day to visit world famous Daytona Beach just a little over an hour away! Or explore all the famous attractions Orlando is famous for like Walt Disney World less than 90 minutes away. This location is ideal to see and do so much! Let us know if you are traveling with babies as we can provide a playpen, walker, and portable high chair if needed.
