Wonderful upscale quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. 4K Smart TVs in every room. Outdoor activities including cornhole, ladder ball, and croquet. Highly sought after part of town with larger homes and lots. Look forward to hosting you and making your stay memorable! Per Pinellas County standards, You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. We are very strict with this standard and you’ll be asked to leave with no refund if there is excessive noise. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.😊
