Thanks Lonnie. Coincidentally, we were going to do a full upgrade this year and then COVID hit. And now the unit is rented back to back so we haven't been able to do so. Once the season slows down we are planning to upgrade everything. Best Regards, Mel

Nothing could be further from the truth. I personally went to the unit after your check out and did not find any of the items you are mentioning. I also spoke with every member of our staff who have been with me for many years. Neither found any of the items. Just this week alone, my staff found shows, jewelry, and a cellphone, and as usual, they were returned to their owners. You also called our office and yelled to my staff and accused them of stealing. That is defamation. In our 25 years in Rocky Point, no one has ever accused my staff of theft. And yes, yo notified us and we responded immediately. Perhaps in the midst of your yelling at them you forgot you even spoke with them.

Hello Aileen. The welcome package is sent to you automatically by VRBO. I have confirmation it was sent to you 24 hours before. This is an automated process. Perhaps you didn't have the VRBO app installed on your phone which gives you all the updates like door code, WiFi code, etc? Indeed, you called me while I was driving in the east coast during a storm. Sorry if I didn't have access to the date you were supposed to receive by VRBO. If I remember correct, you called again the next day complaining about the shower and demanded we send maintenance to check it. I send several messages via e-mail, text, voicemail to let you know you were supposed to pull the lever. I finally spoke with your partner who apologized to me since he didn't realize he had to pull the knob in order for the water to flow. I even followed up with you the next day to make sure everything was fine and you even laughed with me about not realizing you had to pull the knob. You never contacted me again and I thought everything was fine. So to say we were not available or did not respond is false. You also claim that our e-mail was not correct. This is the e-mail we've used for 20 years and it is indeed correct. Perhaps you misspelled it. Yes, we are closed on Sundays, but you were instructed to leave a message which you did and I responded immediately. Not sure exactly why you're so upset when we did everything in our power to assist you. This is actually one of the most popular units in the entire resort.

We find all of this very hard to believe. Our cleaning staff is considered the best. The common denominator of all our properties' reviews is cleanliness. After you left, we checked for what you state and there was none. Perhaps the water pressure become low temporarily due to a sold out resort. The one thing that is true is that one of our elevators is being upgraded. Aside from that, I find your comments a complete fabrication and over-exaggeration.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the resort, pool, beach, nearby restaurants, and the overall value of the condo. We would like to clarify a few factual points for future guests. Our cleaning team photographs the condo after it is prepared for every arrival. The photographs taken immediately before this stay clearly show toilet paper in the bathroom, paper towels in the kitchen, liquid hand soap, and individual soap and shampoo amenities. We also spoke by phone at the beginning of the stay regarding the door code, which had already been sent by email. During that conversation, we asked the guest to contact us if there were any other issues or if anything was needed. No missing supplies were reported during the stay. Regarding the bed, it is a standard king size bed, exactly as advertised. In our conversation after the stay, the guest explained that he is accustomed to a California king, which has different dimensions. We take guest feedback seriously, but we also believe it is important to clarify the record when our prearrival documentation shows otherwise.

Hello Arpad, The unit was inspected immediately after your departure. No mold, mildew, or unusual odor was found in the bedroom or elsewhere in the unit. The soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, extra towels, and extra trash bags were also present in the unit, as shown in the inspection photographs. We have documented the condition of the property following your departure. Your reservation ended early by your choice, and the reservation remains subject to the agreed terms and cancellation policy. Mel
