Loved location. Property was beautiful and peaceful. Photos are a little deceptive. By the photos you could not tell this was a 2nd story unit. It was a little rough on me climbing the stairs. I have a disability that makes stairs difficult for me. I know without a doubt I would have never chosen this if i had known it was a 2nd story unit. Furniture needs to be updated. Very uncomfortable. I would love to go back but only if i could stay in a 1st floor condo.

Perfect getaway!

This spot was comfy and had an amazing view! Great location for exploring the parks and downtown Hot Springs :) Highly recommend!

Great stay for a quick night. It is an upstairs condo unit. Window units for AC, but it was plenty cold. The loft has the king size bed. The extra room had a queen bed. There was no washer or dryer. It has a really nice deck with great patio furniture. Outside there is a ladder on the deck. Made for easy access into the lake for a swim. It was just what we needed for a relaxing night! A

Beautiful, quiet stay!

Such a cute condo in a very quiet neighborhood with a phenomenal view!!! Beautiful decor and everything was stocked and ready to go. Right on the water so you can fish or swim! Made me wanna stay forever, thanks again! We will be returning.

Property was as described and comfortable. I personally like a fluffy blanket to curl up with on the sofa so I would encourage you to bring an extra blanket for that.

We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is they don't have a washer and dryer there. We like to wash our lake clothes. There could be a laundry area somewhere. We only stayed one night so I didn't look. There is a nice swimming area. Get up early and enjoy watching the river wake up. The morning we were there it was foggy and beautiful.
