Our boots-on-the-ground team was in constant communication to answer her numerous questions throughout her stay, A comprehensive welcome guide is provided via email before check-in and a hard copy is in the property to help guests navigate the property. We always encourage open communication during the stay so we can ensure our guests are completely comfortable.
