This modern casita sits on Leigh Hill overlooking beautiful Cedar City. It is probably THE best location for your visit! Just 1 minute from restaurants, shopping, and I-15. The space features 2 loft areas, a HUGE living room, a private deck, and a full kitchen. Just a two minute walk from the lake and aquatic center with beautiful pools!

This space is clean, bright and private. Just 1 hour to Bryce National Park & Zion National Park.

Host Elena was welcoming. Place is walking distance to restaurants, trails and coffee. Drive to shops and restaurants wasn't far either. Place itself was very cozy, clean and quiet. Had everything you needed inside of it.

The space was perfect; comfortable, private and well appointed. The location was ideal, close to shopping and restaurants and accessible to the highway. Elena was a wonderful host and made the experience easy and welcoming. I highly recommend the Dream Loft and Patio on the Hill.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice property with a grass yard areas available for pets to do their business. The location was central for Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks and Kolob. There are several restaurants just down the hill as well as some good coffee shops a couple miles away. Our host was very nice and easily contacted for questions.

Unique hideaway close to everything. Located in a neighborhood but tucked back in lot of property. Nicely set up and open areas.

I recently stayed here a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, the rental did not meet my expectations. The listing advertises this as an ‘entire home,’ but it is actually a guest unit in a backyard duplex. I was specifically looking for a standalone home, not a guest house. Check-in was also frustrating. We did not receive entry instructions ahead of time and had to call the host on the day of arrival after not receiving a response through messages. Privacy was a concern as well. The front of the upstairs unit is mostly glass with sheer curtains, and at night, with the lights on, visibility from outside was uncomfortable. There is also a camera from the main house directed toward the deck area, which added to the lack of privacy. The backyard was described as enclosed and private; however, it is shared with the main house and other renters. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable letting our dog out freely, as he is anxious around unfamiliar people. Cleanliness was another issue. There were areas with noticeable dust that aggravated my allergies. The kitchen stove and oven were not clean upon arrival, there was burned food beneath the burners that smoked when I turned one on, and I had to clean it before being able to use it. This made the cleaning fee feel unjustified. I believe more transparency in the listing and better attention to cleanliness and communication would be helpful for future guests.
