This is a neighborhood of mostly owner occupied homes. We want you to have fun and enjoy your stay but please be concious of excessive noise. Cape Coral has a noise ordinance: "loud outside noises must be cut off by 11p. m, kept between 65-67 decibels between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m." A typical vacuum cleaner is usually about 70 decibels.
