We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral & it was in a great location. The house had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the house was super clean & comfortable. We swam in the pool just about every day, except one day it was a little too cold out for that.
Beautiful pool area where we spent a lot of time!

The location is great - can walk to many restaurants and bars and is close to Ft. Myers. The house is updated and very clean. The pool was enjoyable. Jeff and Holly are quick to respond to emails. We had a great time!

6 weeks visit, met all expectations

This 2 bedroom was just the right size for an extended stay for two. The heated pool was great for some unusually hot days in Cape Coral and for some that were not so hot. The view from the Lanai overlooking the pool and canal was a great way to simply space out. The house location was an easy walk from the main road of CC and within easy walking distance (1.5 miles one way) of a Winn-Dixie, numerous specialty shops, Ace hardware, liquor stores, drug stores, at least 2 ethnic bakeries, several restaurants and several chain fast foods. Too much to identify within 10 minutes drive. Home & kitchen were well equipped and we made good use of the provided beach chairs on Ft Meyers Beach, about 20 minutes drive. Damage deposit was quickly returned. After 6 weeks, it felt like home and we didn't want to leave. Would go back at the drop of a hat.

Great Location & Lovely House

Great location! Our stay in Cape Coral was over the 4th of July and it was very nice. The house was located close by all restaurants and amenities. We were close enough to walk to the street festival and watch the fireworks, if we wanted to we could have set in the front yard to enjoy them. Even with the fireworks everywhere the house was quiet and peaceful inside. The house was laid out nice and the beds were excellent and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we loved the pool to cool off. The house was very clean! The owners were extremely responsive as we talked with them several times and they were very helpful with our needs. 5 Stars and we recommend this rental.

Relaxing vacation

We had a good stay despite tropical storm Elsa. We didn't use the pool as much as we thought we would due mostly to 2 rainy days and wanting to be on the beach. They had a cooler, chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Place was nice and clean. The master bedroom was on the warmer side so we ended up moving to the other bedroom but both were nice. If we had to be stuck inside was a nice place to do it. Text were answered timely. The fire work display was awesome and within walking distance. The Yacht club beach was a quick drive.

Pre wedding week

Preparing for our daughters wedding in Bonita Springs, wanted to be nearby the week prior for last minute details. This rental was perfect, clean, neat, comfortable, and everything we needed nearby. Would come back in a minute.

Nice stay, may want to bring along paper products, coffee, trash bags

The property was nice and relaxing. Beds are comfortable and plenty of seating is available inside and outside. Good location. We were happy that we brought along some extra paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins) as only single partial rolls of tp in bathrooms and 1 paper towel roll were provided at the property. We brought our own Lysol spray and cleaning wipes along to clean up after ourselves. There may have been a couple of countertop spray cleaning products under the sinks, but didn’t use those. We also brought coffee and tea and a few extra trash bags and were glad as those were not provided at the property. Two kitchen trash bags were there upon arrival for trash and recyclables, but we didn’t find any extra trash bags. There is a brew coffee pot and Keurig machine. There were some coffee filters in a kitchen drawer. There is a pantry to put your kitchen supplies and food in. Lots of dishes and nice pots are available in the kitchen. The gas grill outside is nice and new and worked well. The dishwasher is nice and some dishwasher detergent pods were provided. We appreciated the use of a small cooler that was available at the property for drinks on a rental boat trip. We used a couple of the pool noodles from the garage in the pool. Inflatable pool rafts in the garage were flat and sandy so we didn’t bother with them. The tips of the fishing poles in the garage were broken. Garage needs some cleaning and some items removed or repaired. We didn’t try the kayaks. Three nice large beach towels were available for the three of us. The attached bathrooms on both bedrooms are a nice feature. The toilets were a bit annoying as the Queen bedroom one runs loudly off and on and the King doesn’t always flush properly on the first try. Plenty of bath towels are provided which is great. We never got the WiFi router to connect after many attempts. The cable provider probably needs to reset router and possibly reset the WiFi password. Router didn’t stay available and didn’t take the password when it was briefly up. You can hear music late at night from the nearby Tiki bar... boom boom. We had earplugs for sleeping and we were fine. FYI - many businesses in the area do not require face masks and their employees don’t wear face masks. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and a clean property. The owners are available via phone/text, we didn’t have any urgent needs, they probably would have assisted us if we had needed anything.

Super clean and felt like home

I am a clean freak, especially during this time. This house was impeccable!! The location was okay, It is super close to the Tiki Hut which plays loud music up until midnight. It didn't really bother me, but might be of interest to others prior to renting. Lots of nice accessories to enjoy like bikes, kayaks and pool toys. It rained everyday of our stay so we didn't really get to enjoy those, but it's nice to have available. The beds are so comfortable and the towels and linens top notch! They had hand soap and dishwashing liquid at the sinks, which was a plus for us since we had flown in. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Jeff and Holly!

Extremely Clean & Everything You Need For The Outdoors

This property is extremely clean and updated on the interior! Comfortable beds! It has everything you could ever ask for when it comes to outdoor amenities. Beach chairs, kayaks, pool floats, bikes, etc. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Cape Coral!

Excellent choice of home and neighborhood

Jeff was wonderful to work with. The home was exactly like photos. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. The yacht club was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxing by the pool. Home had everything we needed. Bikes were great to ride around the area.

Great owner - nice house

The house is 2 masters, effectively, perfect for 2 couples. Paradise tiki hut is a very short walk away. Good size pool, kayaks and bikes provided.

Loved your home in Cape Coral Yacht Club. Great location, literally 25 minutes from airport to door. Grocery store and restaurants minutes away. Was clean and had everything we wanted We will be back .

Great open concept living

We had an excellent time at this property! The pool was great. There were lots of lawn chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use for the beach! There were also kayaks and bikes available. Would stay here again!! Great location to many restaurants and downtown

Cape Coral canal house

We had rented this house for 6 weeks four years. Obviously, we liked it enough to rent it again in November 2019. Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery store in the downtown Cape Coral area. House was perfect for the two of us, with two baths so we could both shower after a swim in the pool. Pool was the best part of our visit. Plenty warm enough and large enough for lap swimming. We enjoyed turning on the underwater pool light and looking at the pool with canal in the background. Jeff was quick to respond to a couple of minor issues we had. We would love to return for a third visit in the not too distant future.
