Little Boonville Apartment

This cute little apartment is located in downtown boonville. It is next to one of the most popular restaurants/bar (Maggie’s) and it’s just minutes away from the Katy Trail. It is located four blocks away from the Missouri river and five blocks away from the Isle of Capri Casino. There’s so many things to do in Boonville, including the Budweiser Clydesdale ranch, the Mitchell car museum, numerous quaint little shops on downtown, Main Street.
The space
You were in walking distance from the Isle Capri, the Katy Trail, and the Missouri River.
Guest access
You will be given a code prior to arrival. That will get you through the back door on the red deck. This code will also get you in the first door at the top of the steps on the right which is the door going into the little apartment.
Other things to note
1. Extra guests are an additional charge because of the extra cleaning.

2. Smoking or vaping in the room is not permitted and you will be charged $100 because of the expense of the ozone machine treatment having to be completed.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted for our 2 night stay. It was perfect. Very clean, great location, and peaceful. Nearby restaurants, walking trails, casino, and cute shops. We will be back!

This was a nice little apartment in downtown Boonville, a close walk to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept with everything we needed. Debi reached out during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would recommend 100%.

Debi was a wonderful host and has done a great job making the apartment very comfortable and attractive. The apartment is located above shops on the downtown street of Boonville. Guests enter the porch and stairs from behind the building and parking is never a problem because there is a reserved spot right by the porch. It is so convenient. Of course the shops, restaurants and the river are all an easy walk from the apartment.

This was perfect for our quick stay. We stayed for the Mizzou-KU football game and it was an easy drive to Columbia. We also enjoyed the small restaurants in town that we made it to, Debi and Danny left great recommendations. They provided us with everything we needed for this stay and continued to check in on us to make sure everything was going well. The parking spot was the best aspect of this rental!! Couldn’t recommend staying here more:)

We loved staying at this apartment! Debi was an amazing host, and could not have been nicer. The place was very clean, had everything we needed AND the most comfortable bed ever! It was also in a great location, as we could walk a few steps to main street, where there are tons of restaurants, shops and entertainment. We cannot wait to come back!
