House was just as described, perfect size for our family, with all the amenities you need. Has games for the young ones and a nice massage chair for us older ones. Good area and close to every store and restaurant in the area. Host was great and gave quick responses when asked.

It was a great space for a large family! We fit easily with our 8 kids, and there was room to spare! Plenty of items you would need for such a large family! We would certainly want to stay again!

Property was well maintained and clean, check-in was flawless. The host, Chelsey, was very responsive to all questions. Beds were plentiful and comfortable, lots of room for big families and many family games were available to be used as well. Would definitely stay again.

This house was so clean it felt like we were the first to use it. It was spacious and the living room was large enough for visiting with each other. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was huge! We loved it and will definitely use it again in the future should the need arise. Thank you for offering it!

**Property Not as Advertised — Serious Issues with Customer Service**The property did not match the listing. Upon arrival, I found standing water in the shower and a moldy cooler left open. The conditions were unacceptable, and I left within 20 minutes.When I contacted VRBO to report that the property was misrepresented and request a refund, I was denied. I spent over five hours on the phone with customer service attempting to resolve this — with no success. The lack of support for a guest dealing with a property that clearly did not meet its advertised description was deeply disappointing.I would not recommend this property or this platform to anyone expecting accountability when something goes wrong.

Hi “Adrienne”! Thanks for writing what you feel was an honest response but there are a few details you seem to have missed : You were at the property for hours, not 20 minutes - which you have flip flopped on over and over again however the security footage doesn’t lie. You were denied a refund because we were able to provide proof of the home and its condition as we take photos after every clean before every check-in. Other than you (a new guest ) we have 5 stars from every guest. Maybe we aren’t the problem. Additionally, we actually never even got to speak with “Adrienne” the booker which doesn’t help your case. To then lastly get to the home and find a tv pulled out of the wall and broken on the floor doesn’t help with all of the above. I’m not sure exactly what happened, I suspect you accidentally booked in the wrong area (happens more times than you’d think). Better luck with your stays in the future - I wouldn’t recommend you as a guest either.

The home is clean and cozy. We had a crew there working in the area and they felt right at home. We didn't need to contact the host during the stay but they provided all the information needed and more for the area and the home.
