About Kristn Click
We have owned our condo since 2007. Terry is a Computer and Electrical Engineer. I was a High School teacher/coach for 18 years. I am now an accountant. I vacationed in Gulf Shores as a child and in my teens. I have always loved the water. It was a long time dream of ours to have our own condo in Gulf Shores to share with our family and friends. We pray your stay will be relaxing and fun!! We have 3 grown children. We have vacationed with them in Gulf Shores since they were very small. We now have twin granddaughters and a two grandsons that we love sharing the beach with. We love playing golf, tennis, ping pong, and being with our family! We hope you enjoy some good family time at our Gulf Shores condo.

Why Kristn Click chose Gulf Shores
I vacationed in Gulf Shores as a child and teen. I grew up in Guntersville, AL. I just love the water!!! I have photos of my brother and I standing in the shark's mouth at the entrance to Souvenir City, a popular souvenir shop in Gulf Shores, when we were kids. We took our children to Gulf Shores many times as they were growing up. There's just something about the sun, the waves, and the sea air! The Caribbean is a great property located directly on the beach. There are 32 units in the complex, so it's not a huge complex. We love the size and location!
What makes this Condo unique
We love getting up a bit early in the mornings at our condo. We make coffee and sit on the balcony watching the waves. If the water is still, we watch for the dauphins to swim by. I just love to watch for the dauphins. Sometimes they jump and play. The jetted garden tub in the master bath is a great way to relax. The bay view from the master bath is beautiful. After a nice work out in the work out facility on the 1st floor, a few minutes in the sauna or steam room are perfect.

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was pretty and clean. What a view!😎 My only complaint is , we didn't get to stay longer! Paulette Walters
What a besutiful place! The owners are very responsive and answer any questions promptly.
The condo is lovely. There is such a feeling of peace from the moment you walk in and catch a glimpse of the gulf through the glass at the other end of the hall. The view of the gulf is spectacular. The view of the lagoon from the master bath was a nice bonus. The beach is lovely and the deep balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast, relaxing at the end of the day, and watching a storm whip the waves into froth. Pods of dolphins swam offshore four of the days we were there. The condo is well-equipped and nicely furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will have this place at the top of the list for next April's trip.
Amazing property. Clean, beautiful views, easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Kristn was very responsive to all questions.
We loved staying here, everything was perfect. Kristn was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed.
We stayed for two months and it was just myself and my husband. It’s a good place to stay for a week or maybe two, but if you like to cook, bring your own cooking utensils and knives......not equipped for long stays, but other than that and lack of closet space, a good place to stay. We recommend it and would stay again.
Elevator broke down twice in one week. The first time was for 4 hours. Both beds were very soft. Master bath smelled like mildew/mold.
The storms and wind did cause problems with the elevator as happens with all outside elevators in the area. The building management was called as soon as I was made aware of it and fixed literally within minutes.
Our cleaning lady is a certified mildew and mold specialist. There is no mold and very little if any mildew in our condo. We were at the condo the day after this departure and didn't smell any mildew. I hate bad odors. The first thing we do when we walk in is start sniffing. I don't want to smell dog smell or mildew or anything. We are very aware that mildew can be an issue in the master bath since the ceiling is a bit lower and there is steam from showers and baths and the beach has 100% humidity most of the time. It's an issue for everyone on the coast. It goes with the territory. I am very vigilant to keep the mildew and it's smell at bay. And the day after this visit, I didn't smell any. I'm sorry if this guest smelled anything.
Some folks say the beds are too hard and some say they are too soft. It's a personal preference.
There are so many great places to get fresh, awesome seafood - Desoto's Kitchen, The Original Oyster House, Lu Lu's, Tacky Jack's, and The Hang Out just to name a few. Gulf Shores is known for its family fun. There are many carpet golf locations, a zoo, Waterville, The Racetrack, and now the new OWA Amusement Park. Just 5 miles north of Gulf Shores, in Foley, there is outlet shopping for 'shop-a-holics' in the family. For the more adventurous, there is para-sailing, seasonally. Or you can catch a dauphin sight seeing boat trip.
