Beautiful historic Sam Hughes home. Private and very peaceful home.

Great location and close the restaurants and shopping. 4BR / 2BA , one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds and one queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds, baby crib with a portable baby highchair and a workstation.

Accommodates up to 10 guests, three off street parking on the tandem driveway and one in front of the house.

Remodeled vintage home with a complete new kitchen, granite counters, appliances, washer and dryer, and equipped with a 55" smart TV and connect to your favorite programming with high speed Internet.

No pets are allowed.

This wonderful house is located within easy driving distance to great restaurants, stores and the University of Arizona. There is tons of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy some quality time. Marcus was a great host and his communication throughout our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Tucson!

This house was a great fit for us over a few days in Tucson. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location to walk to restaurants/brewery. The crib was a great option for us and saved us traveling with the pack n play. Would stay here again when in the area.

The house was well equipped, so clean and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. Rain showers were plus and the house was perfect for our three day stay for a volleyball tournament. Great rental and would defiantly stay there again!!

Nice Tucson getaway

We had a pleasant stay

The accommodations were as shown on the listing. The neighborhood is nice and the location is centrally located for our needs. The big tree in the back should probably be cut down soon.

Great location close to U of A. The rooms were nice and cozy. Rooms are just as seen on pictures. Only struggle was opening and closing the door.

Marcus was very responsive to any questions. There was an issue with the hot water heater and he had it repaired almost immediately. House was very well equipped and in good condition.

My family has deep roots in Arizona, having lived here since before 1880. My great-aunt even worked for The Tombstone Epitaph in the early 1900s — a historic connection I’m proud of. Founded in January 1880, The Tombstone Epitaph is the oldest continuously published newspaper in Arizona and remains a vital source for stories about the Old West’s history and culture.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Arizona’s natural beauty and rich history continue to inspire both my leisure and lifestyle.
