Our family had an amazing stay! The management company was wonderful to work with and super responsive. The cleaning company did 4/5 stars but overall the property was one that we would love to stay at again.

The property was excellent for our entire wrestling family. The property manager was always extremely helpful (even when our door code was not working properly). The property was very clean and accessible. Not enough hot water to accommodate 11 tenants even trying to split up shower times between mornings and evenings. The car show that ran ALL weekend was not ideal. Old cars that were very loud ran past 11:00pm (not that the property managers had any control of the ongoing car show). Overall experience was great. I would definately recommend this property to others, just not on a car show weekend! I would give them 9 stars!!!

Stay was fair outside of one problem: on the third story, mushrooms grew in the bathroom next to the shower halfway through our stay. Upon immediate notification, no offer from the host was made to even re-sanitize the bathroom, or, in any capacity, to even address the hazardous environment that my party was put in. Reimbursement was minimal and had to be fought for, which was also disappointing.With that being said, everything about the property otherwise was okay. Carpet was a little dirty, but it’s a block from the beach. It slept a lot of people for a reasonable price. This place is not without its merits, but the host’s response to what is clearly a red flag for water damage / mold was extremely unsatisfactory. This experience should certainly serve as a lesson to management to have more thorough safety guidelines for maintaining their property, but given the borderline careless response from the host, I would still exercise extreme caution before putting a deposit down for this place.

A Great Family HouseFirst let’s talk about location: it’s two blocks to the beach and you’re already on the boardwalk. A short walk from our entrance to the boardwalk gets you to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park on the pier. You can also go out on the pier itself, whether to fish or just get some great pictures.It’s also a short walk to the bay, where people fish from a dock or the rocks every day. You’re also close to the banana boat rental location. Another perk in that direction is the water tower, which makes for great vacation photos.The house itself was spacious and well appointed; the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided for everyone. Plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure. We used the washer and dryer and they were very quiet.The WiFi worked great and the TVs provided ample choices for viewing when we stayed in.The host checked in with us numerous times to make sure everything was good and to ask if we needed anything. There are four parking spots (two for each unit) There were also plenty of open spots on the block while we were there.All in all, it’s a great house for any large group or family and a great location for getting to multiple attractions.
