About this property

Enjoy your vacation with all the amenities from home. This 4000 square foot home has everything you will need to make your vacation memorable! Featuring central air conditioning, washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, open concept kitchen/dining, large living area, large deck and ample lawn space for games and a fire pit.

This house arrived to the rental pool in 2014 and has had improvements each year, so enjoy the new furnishings in the bedrooms and living area. The bedrooms are spread out through out the home allowing privacy if desired but lots of common space to enjoy each others company. The property is located only 1.2 miles from Wells Beach where there is free parking.

The main level of the home features an open concept living room with cathedral ceilings and a large flat screen TV with Cable & DVD player. The kitchen and dining area of the home is also open to each other and features 4 bar stools and a table for six to eight people. Just off the living room there is a large deck which has a table and seating for six. Bedroom #1 also located on the main floor offers a double/twin bunk bed as well as a double bed. Just outside the bedroom there is a half bath.

The top floor of the home has 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, two half bathrooms that share a shared tub shower area. Bedroom # 2, the master suite, features a large space, king bed & 40" TV as well as a large master bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and, half bathroom, sliding glass door with deck, and a 32 in LCD TV. Bedroom #4 has a double/twin bunk bed, as well as a 40 in LCD TV and half bath.. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a combination tub shower accessible from either room.

Very Clean

Although the inside was a little dated, it was extremely clean. There was lots of room for the whole family. It was great that there was four half baths, I did think there was going to be one more shower. Only two showers for whole family was a little difficult, coming from the beach. It was nice that the whole family was able to eat together at the enormous dining table, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the pans necessary for our lobster feast. We also enjoyed hanging in the living room all together. The kids were very excited with all the chipmunks, squirrels, and the deer that showed up on the property, It definitely, however, was not walking distance to the beach and one of the bedrooms did not have a TV. If in the area, I would stay at this location again.

Wedding trip!

I rented this property for family visiting Wells for my sister’s wedding. The house was the perfect size for our group (10 people), the yard is beautiful. I will absolutely rent this property for another family trip.

Excellent Location.

Had a fantastic family vacation in Wells. We had plenty of room in this spacious property for 6 adults and an infant. Enjoyed some fab meals in the big open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even some steamers The private wooded lot was an added bonus. Ryan was a gracious host. Would love to stay here again

Wells weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay, the house is very spacious and clean. It is tucked away at end of a cul-de-sac and the trees around it give it a great sense of privacy. Conveniently located close to the beaches in Wells and Kennebunkport. The property manager is very friendly and responsive. Only caveat is you have to pay an extra fee for beddings and towels.
