Stylish 2 bedroom with added sleeper sofa Townhouse in Historic VA Highlands with 3 outdoor balconies. This trendy hot spot area is walking distance from restaurants shops, bars, grocery, bakery, etc. The location is unbeatable! Within minutes of 1-85, Downtown and Buckhead.

VA Highlands is a fun/safe area in town (close to everything in Atl). This is a high end 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is guaranteed to make you enjoy your stay in Atlanta. Full updated kitchen, multiple balconies, large over sized master bathtub, large closets, WIFI, cable, garage and all housewares included! It's a great stay for all occasions - family, business, friends vacation, close to hospitals. No fires or smoking allowed.* ONLY Dogs allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.


*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a Dog on the property without our knowledge.

Very nice, clean, and spacious. Host offered early check in which was very nice. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, and the Beltline. Great place to stay!

All was good. The rule to keep the AC at or above 76 seemed unrealistic. It was great as a quick stay on our business trip.

Good morning So sorry but our rules are to keep it 70 or above not 76. I am so sorry you misunderstood the information. I went back and checked the information sent to you and this is what was sent regarding the Heating And Air. You definitely misunderstood. Heat and Air conditioner – thermostat for main level is on wall in dining area and upstairs at top of stairs. Please leave both thermostats on 76 (AIR) and 55 (HEAT) when you leave. Also if unto is turned below 70 it will freeze over and there will not be any air.

Elizabeth, the host, was very open with communication and available if we needed her. The location was great for everything we wanted to do while staying downtown. Parking in the garage was great. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Atlanta

Had a very nice stay - the location was great, the apartment was comfortable and clean. A lot more stairs than I realized, which wouldn’t normally be a concern but my 90 year old father was with us. Would stay here again, though!

Great location

This was a great place to stay! It was clean and I really appreciated the parking/garage access. It was a nice place to return “home” to after exploring the area. Property owner was responsive as well.

The location truly can’t be beat. You’re right in the heart of everything, yet it’s impressively quiet—like a little oasis tucked into all the action. We were constantly running errands and meeting up with people, and being so close to everything was a lifesaver.Inside, the home was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The kitchen is big and spotless—perfect for spreading out and staying organized—and the giant walk-in closet/changing area was an absolute dream when juggling wedding outfits and last-minute prep.Check-in was incredibly easy (a huge plus when you’re in full wedding mode), and Elizabeth was responsive, accommodating, and great to work with.We also have to give a major shoutout to the garage, which we fully transformed into “flower boot camp headquarters.” It was the unsung hero of the weekend—perfect for organizing, prepping, and assembling arrangements. It made a hectic job so much more manageable. Having an extra secure place to park AND driveway parking is a game winning move in ATL.The layout worked well for us, and while we didn’t end up using the balconies (too busy with wedding festivities!), they’re a nice bonus for future guests.Overall, this was the perfect home base for a whirlwind weekend. We’re so grateful we found it—highly recommend!

What a perfect mom getaway!

This is an absolutely adorable abode for a getaway. It’s so nicely decorated, the layout is so comfortable with several porches and big doors to open for fresh air. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, great pillows, great bathrooms. Location was perfect to walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, there’s a grocery store one block away. The host was communicative and very helpful.I hope I get to stay here again someday!
