Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is #25-001 issued by the City of Lowry Crossing.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 5 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

It would have been nicer at the pool if there had been a couple of chaise loungers. Also a couple of soft fluffy throws in the TV room would have been been comfortable. The primary issue for me was that I could not use the TV there bc I dont stream - only used to cable TV. The house was very clean and cozy. Kitchen had a great arrangement of spices and cookware.

Not Quite What We Expected

There were only four female adults ranging in age from 29 to 64 (mother and three daughters), so the house was bigger than what we needed, but we only had a few days so we wanted a place not too far from our own to just unwind and relax away from home. So, the swimming pool and outdoor facilities were the main point of attraction for us. The house was nice and clean other than having a hole in the wall and mold on the soap dispensers. The outdoor patio, swimming pool deck and backyard left a lot to be desired. The patio and swimming pool area were covered in debri and the water hose feeding into the swimming pool had a leak and a large pool of water constantly covered the area leading into the pool. We are all adults and knew to tread carefully, but there were still several times that we slipped and nearly fell. There was some type of granular substance on the outside bar. The backyard needed to be mowed, so the thought of using the firepit or the barbecue grill was not an option for us. The vacuum for the pool was still attached when we arrived, so we had to disconnect it ourselves before we could enter the pool. Luckily we have a pool of our own so we knew how to disconnect the vacuum. We made the best of things, but I think they should have spent some time preparing for guests. These issues were not due to recent rain or impediment weather. They were things that had just been overlooked. Cleaning fees for these types of stays are ridiculous to have it be like this.

The property was clean and neat and I have no complaints about that. I have two complains. The first is that my family of 4 travel all summer and I book 60 days of travel all at once. Sometimes we let them bring a friend or two last minute on some of the trips but we don’t know until a day or two before a lot of times. When I booked the property it says it will host up to 11 but when I insert people, I always insert 4 for my family but always assume as long as I am under the total amount then I am good. I got scolded for possibly adding a couple of kids or having a couple of kids come over during our stay. Then they had me commit I wouldn’t have more than 7 at the home. I saw in the reviews that it looks like another guest was put out or hounded by something similar and for personal information. My other complaint is that I feel like there should at least be a TV in the master bed room. The only TV that worked was a tiny one in the kitchen that most people would never use.
