Enjoy an amazing family vacation in this beautiful newer 4 BR, 2 bath home. Featuring large BRs and a spacious living area perfect for family gatherings. Located on the nicest street in Seaside Heights. The desirable north end location provides the best that the Jersey Shore has to offer. While it is just steps to Seaside Heights' famous beach and boardwalk, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. This 2,200 square foot home features 4 BRs, 2 full baths, granite counter tops, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The first floor includes 2 BRs (2 Queen Beds), 1 full bath, laundry room, and access to the attached one car garage. The second floor includes 2 BRs (1 King Bed & 1 Twin over Full Bunk Bed), 1 full bath, a large kitchen/dining room/living room combination, and 2 balconies. There is a large 16' X 8' balcony off of the living room, complete with comfortable patio furniture. The master bedroom has its own private 8' X 8' balcony. The main living space (kitchen/dining room/living room) has a fantastic open space concept. The house is equipped with TVs & wireless internet. A newer outdoor shower is available to make cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze.

FANTASTIC House and Vacation!!!

My family has stayed here for a few years. Every time we stay it gets better. The house is very clean, the bedrooms are Large and they offer a lot of extras. We LOVE the sunsets from the deck. This house has everything we need. Thanks Jeff and Barbara for having such a great place to stay. We'll be back!!

Seaside vacation

Everything was great. Perfect location, we walked to the bay and the beach. Listing was accurate. We liked the layout of the house, all bedrooms were private. Overall a great vacation!

Beautiful house, perfect for families!

We couldnt have asked for a better location for our friends and family vacation! The house is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and so much more. The house itself is in excellent condition with all the amenities that you would need. Jeff and Barbara were super easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was so beautiful, the neighborhood was perfectly located and close to everything and we even had the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony every night. Excellent Place to Stay!!!

We recently stayed at this house for our much need vacation. This home far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Close to everything. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Even shorter to the bay beach and waterpark. We parked our cars when we got there and did move them all week. The owners were awesome to work with. They answered any and all of our questions immediately. This place was great! It was clean and spacious. Much larger than I expected. The layout of the home was ideal. The large living room/kitchen area, is in the front of the house, and the bedrooms are in back. This allowed for family to gather in the living/dining area, without disturbing others resting. The beds were so comfortable. The balcony off the master bedroom was a quiet getaway for me. We normally stay in the adjacent town to the south. The rides are no longer at that end of the boardwalk, so we decided to find another location to stay so we were closer to the other pier. What a GREAT find. This house was on a fantastic street. It is in a quiet, family area that was very comfortable. There is a children's playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts less than a block away. Spending our evenings on the big front balcony was the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. Watching the sunset while enjoying the cool bay breeze was HEAVEN! I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to be close to all of the attractions, but just far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle. We will come back and stay here again for sure. CAN'T WAIT!!!

Great property, very clean!

Great location, perfect for family gatherings. The house was very convenient and very clean. Max 10-15 min walk from the beach, but also in a nice quiet area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again. Only small comment would be that it would be great if linens/towels were provided so that families can travel a bit lighter :)

Really nice house

Very nice house in nice area. perfect size for our group of 8. owners answered any of our questions promptly. Foosball table in one room a big hit with the boys. Bit of a long walk to the boardwalk but otherwise excellent location with free street parking.

great location

This neighborhood is quiet which is what we wanted. Lots of parking on street and on Bay Blvd. Happy we had access to the garage so we could easily store our bikes and beach gear. Short walk to beach and Casino pier. Loved the layout of the house. Worked perfectly for our needs.

Great spot for a beach vacation

We had a wonderful week. The property was exactly as advertised…very clean, nice big bedrooms, everything felt brand new. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk so easily. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. 5 Stars!!

Great place. Tastefully decorated. Bay sunset were amazing.

Absolutely LOVE IT!!! - 4th Year Here

This is our 4th year renting this home and my family absolutely loves it! We rented in Seaside Park for years, until we found this place, that is. We fell in love with it immediately! This house has everything that we could ever want in a rental and is much nicer than the homes we rented in the past. The owners are great to deal with. They make improvements to the property every year. This place is beautiful and very clean. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The open kitchen and living room space is perfect for hanging out in. I always say, "it wouldn't be a shore house without an outside shower", and this house has an awesome one. Watching the sunset from the balcony is my favorite part. It's picture perfect! The location of the house is awesome. The house sits on a quiet street and is close to everything. We park our cars when we arrive, and don't move them until we leave. Everything is within walking distance. I can't say enough about this place. We LOVE this place and plan on returning here for many years to come.

Convenient, clean and minimal

This apartment is conveniently located for both beaches. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen appliances were good. Bathhouse was clean and spacious. A few things surprised us, even though some things were in the agreement. Future guests: BRING your own coffee filters (flat bottomed), toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, dish cloths and dish towels. The kitchen is minimally supplied with glasses mugs,cookware, silverware, and dishes, but I recommend bringing a set of bowls if you plan to prepare food that requires mixing, baking dishes, cookie sheet and a 9 by 13 pan. Almost no basic supplies are provided except hand soap, so bring everything from salt to bath soap. Be aware the cleaning requirements are extensive. It took a solid 3-4 hours of cleaning at the end, so if you don't want to invest that, hire a house cleaner in advance. Be aware that the balconies are for sitting... not much room for picnicking. The electric grill will trip the breakers. The rocker chairs on the back balcony are lovely. The garage is spacious and worked well for keeping bikes and kayaks if we parked our second vehicle on a side street. Taking your own kayaks to the bay was relatively convenient if you have something to pull them. Lots if cool ospreys to see at the bay. Oh and just in case you miss it in the photos, there is one and a half flights of stairs to get from the outside of the house to the main floor with the kitchen and master bedroom. The internet was powerful enough for several people. Check in and check out times are strict but communication was clear. Overall it was a good, clean and relatively spacious place to stay for 6 adults and a baby (even a baby gate). And foosball was fun.

Great place for the entire family.

Very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to check in a little early which is always a huge plus! Owners are super friendly.

Disappointment

Highly disappointed in property No use of garage door Ridiculous list of cleaning items to perform and no access to rags or other things to actually complete the task Coffee filters not mentioned and not even a full roll of toilet paper More stressful than necessary dealing with this owner The grill overloaded the electrical box and did not keep temperature I would rent from next door but not from this owner

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. When we got a barrage of texts from you in the first 3 hours looking for items that were in the house, we grew concerned and tried calling you twice that evening. You did not answer or return the call. Then we did not hear from you again until the morning of your departure. You left prior to check out so we did not see you again. Not sure how we were difficult. The complaints listed are inaccurate. Guests have full use of the garage and according to the neighbors, you used the garage all week. We try to keep costs down for our guests, so we do not charge a cleaning fee. You have the choice of either cleaning the unit yourself or we have had clients hire their own cleaning service to come in and clean the unit. The option is yours. We do provide all the necessary cleaning products. Also, we do provide unopened packages of toilet tissue under each bathroom sink, in this instance we did forget to leave toilet tissue in the upstairs bath. Unfortunately, electrical items sometimes trip circuit breakers, so that is a difficult thing to control. We ask all potential renters to please look at our other reviews to gain a true sense of how all the other guests rate their stays with us. Even the best places cannot please 100% of its clients. We hope you find a place that is better suited to you in the future.

Family Vacation in August 2019

We stayed at this property for a week in August and didn't want to leave. The owners were great to work with, and very responsive to our needs. The open communication was great, and the beach house was even better! Very clean, great location, and we loved the fact that it was as close to the Bay as it was the Beach so we got to enjoy both! We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy with our kids before sending 3 of them off to College. We would rent again from Jeff and Barbara in a heartbeat. Thank you to both of them!

Nice Place

Very nice property; however, it is not "steps to Seaside Heights' famous beach and boardwalk" like it says in the description. It is, in fact, four blocks from the boardwalk and beach. For someone who has limited mobility, this would was a problem. We had to incur the expense of parking every day and then again at night at the beach/Boardwalk because of this inaccuracy in the description of the property. The bay side of the beach was two blocks which was not a big problem walking, but there is little to do there but swim.

All the comforts of home

A very well-thought out beautiful interior with furnishings that are attractive yet durable. Kitchen is supplied with anything an average family might need, although a disposal would be a nice addition. Outdoor shower is an amazing, private enclosure with shower on one side and dressing area on the other. A very short walk to the bay where our littlest ones enjoyed the calm, warm water as well as watching people catching crabs. Was a longer walk to ocean/boardwalk than we hoped, especially with smaller children, but definitely doable. An investment in carts/wagons for hauling kids, beach paraphernalia is well worth it. Jeff and Barbara were very nice to work with and only a cell phone call away if needed.

Love, Love, Love this home!

We had such an amazing experience staying at this home! It is even nicer then the photos show. Jeffrey and Barbara were completely professional and easy to work with. They were truly the perfect hosts. We will rent from them every year! The beach and boardwalk are less then a 5 minute walk but yet the home is on a quiet street. I can't wait to go back!
