Interior:

The interior space features a wide open studio with a living room and bedroom area. It also has a single bed in the loft. Sleep peacefully in our brand new beds. Our place has been thoughtfully decorated for your comfort. Enjoy the quiet surroundings and wake up refreshed to the sounds of nature. After exploring the Ozark National Forest you can come home to relax in our comfortable wrap around porch with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The Mill Creek OHV trail is just 7 miles away and leads the rider through remote areas of the Ozark National Forest and features diverse terrain, mountain creeks, etc. Other Trails include Lee Creek OHV Trail, Shores Lake and Ozarks Highlands Trail, Turner Bend, Cass, White Rock Rim Trail and Frog Bayou Falls. The White River and Mulberry River are nearby and can be accessed via the ATV trails.

This listing is for 4 guests. Two extra guests up to 6 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.



Our property is an active farm and cows are in the pasture areas. You agree to keep the front entry gate closed and secured at all times. Cattle will escape if this is not done. There will be a $250 charge if cattle are allowed to escape due to negligence.



Security Features - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, and all 61 acres.



The Neighborhood:

Located right next to the Boston Mountains 7 miles to the Millcreek ATV Trail. The property sits right next to the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest and has access to its trails for your side by side or ATV. Lee Creek OHV Trail and the Frog Bayou Falls are close by.



Getting Around:

The house has access to ATV trails in the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest



Other Things to Note:

Events - This goes without saying for most guests, but we have to mention it. You agree that no parties or events, no illegal activity, no carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or inappropriate anti-social behavior will take place during your stay. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, or if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs onsite, the authorities will be notified, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.



Access – Your reservation gives you access to all 61 acres except for the barn and shop that are not available to guests. The property is surrounded on three sides by the Ozark National Forrest which is also available to guests.



Red Entry Gate – Our property is an active farm and cows are in the pasture areas. You agree to keep the front entry gate closed and secured at all times. Cattle will escape if this is not done. There will be a $250 charge if cattle are allowed to escape due to negligence.



Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a $100 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.



Wildlife – Our cabin is right next to the Ozark National Forrest and the White Rock Wild Life Management area and there are wild animals, including bears and deer that may roam the property. Please follow Arkansas Game and Fish laws if you encounter and wild animals.



Fishing – There are 3 ponds on the property, but the cows have access to them and they are not stocked with fish. The nearest fishing areas are the Mulberry River or Shores Lake.

Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
