What a beautiful, idyllic little getaway spot. This was a perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy some R&R with gorgeous views and a private little oasis. This little place has been so thoughtfully decorated and prepared…Every square inch put to good use. Guests will immediately feel at home. It was absolutely spotless. You’ll find basic necessities including basic kitchen needs, toiletries and towels. We slept very comfortably on the king size bed on the main floor. The second floor loft had two queen size beds, which we didn’t need. But it’s a perfect spot for little kids to stay… The lot itself is private with the occasional visit from the local cows, deer and a few turkeys crossing the road. We made use of the little patio area where we enjoyed a morning coffee and breakfast. And the view of the quarry, the trees and sound of birds chirping was a perfect backdrop for our perfect little weekend getaway. We enjoyed some day trips to Bentonville, Fayetteville, and did some hiking, all within an hour’s drive. Good restaurants are about 30-45 minutes away. But we were happy to enjoy breakfast at the house and wait to enjoy dinner elsewhere, didn’t mind the drive. Carrie was incredibly responsive and very helpful in answering any questions we had. One of the best experiences we’ve had. We hope to come back! Carrie, thanks so much for your warm hospitality!
