Thank you for your feedback, though we’re truly surprised and disappointed by your rating. Our home has been recently renovated and consistently receives excellent reviews from guests who appreciate its cleanliness, comfort, and style. Unfortunately, we never heard from you during your stay despite multiple attempts to check in and ensure everything was to your satisfaction. Additionally, the condition in which the home was left was well below our expectations for respectful guests. We always strive to provide a great experience and are available to address any concerns in real time
