Newly built home in August 2024 with an aesthetic design. Fresh, cozy, warm, inviting and only a 10 min walk to the beach (0.5 miles). Home has comfortable beds, furniture, a pull out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements and literally NEW everything! Two car parking spaces on the driveway and an epoxy covered garage for a 3rd car parking. Beach chairs, dolly, BBQ, fully stocked kitchen, board games, and so much more included making this a memorable Panama City Beach getaway!
