Overall everything was great. But the last night I was watching TV and spotted a cockroach creep out from under the sofa. Not ashamed to admit, I screamed and went to bed.

The property was beautiful and the beach views are a wonderful addition. The walk to the beach was longer than anticipated due to length and amount of steps on the boardwalk. A person in our group is experiencing disabilities and it was difficult to understand the distance to the ocean based on the listing. Additionally there was a bad storm our last evening and the front sliding door leaked into our condo.

We took our family of four, and this was the perfect condo right off if the beach with a pretty beach view. The beach access was right beside our condo as well. The condo was super beautiful, and we were very comfortable with four of us. The host was absolutely amazing in getting in touch and being proactive about communication. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and the location is amazing if you want the benefits of 30A, but you don't want to get stuck in the busy beach or main strip.

Great location in a quiet section of Beach. We appreciated that the condo provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler to take to the beach. This unit could use a deep clean. While the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms have been renovated, the appliances and much of the furniture seemed old and needs updating.

Just what we needed !

This was a wonderful , clean and bright spot on the beach. Every morning the waves and the beautiful aqua waters whispered a delightful sound. It was a great place to stay and we will be back to make more memories. Thanks for everything!

We really wanted to like this place. We booked it because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Let’s start with check-in. We had to keep messaging the host to ask when the room would be ready because we had two babies and we knew it’s empty. The home itself looked like the photos, but there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower and bathtub didn’t drain properly, likely due to a clogged drain. The shower in the oceanfront primary bedroom had very weak water pressure, and the shower head couldn’t be switched between the handheld and the overhead shower, possibly because of mineral buildup. Cleanliness was another concern. The light fixtures were covered in dust, there was a noticeable amount of dust under the bed, and the washing machine had mold inside and smelled terrible. The house also lacked basic supplies. There was no extra toilet paper, so if you use the single roll provided, be prepared to buy your own. There were also no extra trash bags. The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach and water. The photos make the water look crystal clear and bright turquoise, but that was not our experience at all. We specifically chose this area expecting water similar to Destin, based on the listing photos, and felt misled. We’ve vacationed in Destin many times, and the difference was night and day. The water in Destin was much clearer and bluer, and we actually ended up driving there for a day. Best decision

Beautiful but nearby construction

Absolutely beautiful property. We could tell a lot of thought and expense went into the recent renovation. Very well styled and comfortable. Decks are perfect. The interior spoiled us. However, the views to the beach are a bit compromised by construction fence and erosion control fence at this time. Construction is just getting started in the open space to the west. This is a large scale project. I was saddened we were not told about the construction fence and had to discover it for ourselves. It is a tall, chain link fence that runs along the entire expanse of the condo building between the building and the beach. The fence also blocks the private beach access path. It is as if sand is being temporarily stored between the condos and the beach for the project. We had to go a much more out of the way route to the public access boardwalk. Construction noise and activity will likely be an issue for some time to come. If I could post some current photos of the view on here I would.

Great location and good beach access. Beach is more private than most public areas. Easy to get to 30A. Mgmt. company could do a better job cleaning as this does not represent the owners very well. Shower drain in master smells awful. They have beach equipment but it isn’t mentioned on the description. However No beach towels. Found it interesting that we had to make a run to the store immediately upon arrival for salt & pepper plus toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as they only provide 1 for each bathroom or trash can. Not to mention we were charged 3 separate times for the vrbo and had to call management to get refunded twice.

Great place. Not huge space, but very efficient and perfect for our visit. Musty smell in fridge/freezer. Providing beach towels or chairs would be a nice addition.
