Unique en son genre maison de plage ... aménagée avec goût avec une vue imprenable et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Plan d'étage ouvert, avec cuisine, salon, chambre principale et terrasse donnant sur la baie de Rehoboth. Nouvelle cuisine gastronomique idéale pour recevoir. 1 chambre principale avec grande salle de bain récemment rénovée avec vue sur la baie. Trois chambres supplémentaires et deux autres salles de bains récemment rénovées ainsi qu'une douche extérieure. Cette maison de deux étages pourra accueillir au moins 2 familles dans 4 grandes chambres.

Loin de la foule, mais proche de tout, marchez jusqu'Ă  la plage, la marina et les restaurants. Points de vente, parcs de loisirs et Ă©piceries Ă  une courte distance en voiture.

The house is comfortable with everything you need and within walking distance to the beach. We were also blessed with great weather and the dining room table was great for family games at night.

A perfect family getaway

We had 7 of us age ranged from 18 to 57 and we all found things to do in Dewey! This was walkable to everything! I would highly recommend! A great space for a family!

Short Getaway

This was a short getaway to the beach with family. This listing had everything you would need to for a family with young kids. The place was very clean and well kept. Would stay here again.

Nice place close to beach and restaurants

There was a group of us and we didn’t want to have to take our cars everywhere, this location was great for that. Short walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Rooms were set up exactly like they were shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Bliss

The property was as advertised and was in an exceptionally good condition. Clean and everything worked, especially the air conditioner The perfect beach house and literally a five minute walk to the beach and bay. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet and peaceful - a great week was had by the whole family!

Great location and plenty of space!

We stayed at the end of June ‘24. Very clean and spacious. Large deck with plenty of seating. The Beach is a short walk up the street. All 3 bathrooms were in great condition. Beds were comfortable and the Master bedroom/bath has a great view! Everything we needed and we visited 3 different beaches while staying here. Ocean City boardwalk was a short relaxing drive.

Lovely stay

This property was rented for a 50th birthday celebration. The home was clean, updated and comfortable. Plenty of seating for our 11 guests. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The cul de sac location was great for easy access to beach and restaurants and bars were a quick walk away. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and ready to help. We only had 2 "issues" with the house. First, with the exception of the master bedroom, the other 2 rooms upstairs can become very stuffy and warm. There are 2 fans provided and we used them but had to keep the bedroom doors open so the air could circulate. The second issue is not something the owners can do much about. It's the neighbors. The owners do ask that you not use the deck on the front of the house after 10PM because the neighbors bedroom window overlooks it. Understandable. However, the neighbor seemed to watch every move we made even hearing at us at 8:45 in the evening as we quietly made our way out and the sensor light came on. She yelled at us that we needed to turn it off and we explained through the bushes that it was just the sensor light. After that we kept the lights off and used our cellphone flashlights to make sure we navigated the stairs in the dark. Arguing with them was just not worth it. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

A shame

Our group that stayed feels scammed. I had to ask the owner for check-in instructions twice, and at the end of our stay 2 weeks later I receive a VERY expensive charge (apparently I can't disclaim in this review) for 10 new towels.... I asked everyone in our group to bring their own beach towels since the instructions for check-in said that they don't clean their beach towels they provide and it's up to the guest. So the beach towels weren't used and I get a picture from the owner of a green towel with a stain on it that clearly wasn't from our group, as well as a picture of ONE towel that had makeup on it. They claimed they had to replace all of the towels in the house, which was just blatantly a lie and a way to get more money off of us. House is already too expensive for what it is and it's a shame the owners have to scam people into charging more by lying that makeup won't come out of a towel as a way to buy all brand new ones. I tried to fight the charge and VRBO customer service was awful - got disconnected twice and they never got back to me about the dispute. Renter beware.

Listing didn’t say it was right on route one and the bay view was only from the master nesroom

It was fine. The cable/internet was very slow. The remotes were very sticky like someone spilled something on them and it was slow To respond to selections. The walk across route 1 to the beach was a nuisance the lights were very long. The beach was not crowded and nice but the area was was to commercial for us.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay - a short walk to Dewey Beach - and a short drive to Rehoboth boardwalk. Clean and beautiful home with everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. Though the home sits on a busy road we felt relaxed and comfortable both inside and out. We drove our kayak and paddleboard just 5 minutes down the road to the Delaware Seashore State Park and also up to the Delaware Bay at Cape Henlopen State Park. We saw dolphins from Dewey Beach on several evenings. Lots to do without going very far.

We had a wonderful stay at this house

The house was in very good condition and had great spaces to gather. The living room was very comfortable for all of us to sit and relax and watch TV. The kitchen had anything we needed and much of it was of good quality. We enjoyed dinners in the dining room and bbq'd burgers on the deck for lunch. The deck is so sunny. We were able to park all of our vehicles comfortably in front and under this house. We walked to restaurants and the beach. The beds were comfortable and we slept great.

Our stay at the Baech House with Views

We enjoyed our stay at the Dewey Beach house. The house was very comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that all the literature did not identify that the property is right on Rt 1 which is a busy and noisy road.
