Location, location, location!

This updated, nicely decorated, clean townhome is located in the heart of Dewey Beach. You are just steps away from the beach, which was so convenient for us. You are also within walking distance of all that Dewey has to offer - restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, entertainment and night life. The unit is well stocked with home essentials and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We can't wait too go back next year!

Fantastic time!

Property was fantastic! We loved everything about it. Being able to walk everywhere and not worry about parking made everything so easy. Super close to the beach. First time visiting and we absolutely loved!

The place was beautiful! Location was a short walk (3 minutes) to the beach. Also, we could walk to numerous eateries and shops. The owners were fantastic! I highly recommend this rental!

We were very happy!

My friends and I were very pleased with the rental and the location so close to the beach. The place is large and well maintained. The kitchen was amazing and makes me want to upgrade our 25-year-old oven. It was well-stocked (although we couldn’t find an ice-cream scoop). I’d prefer a toaster oven to a toaster. They’re more versatile, and I wouldn’t have had to try to toast my zucchini bread in the oven. Maybe next year? They supplied us with all the toilet paper we needed for the week (with plenty extra). I’m used to places that start us off with one roll in each bathroom. There was also plenty of dish detergent, laundry detergent, sponges, dish towels, potholders, and more. Overall, it was fabulous, and if we come back to Delaware, we’ll try to stay there again.

Great Anniversary stay!

Spent a quiet week at this well appointed townhouse. Access to the beach was quick and easy using the private path, and it was an easy walk to the many nearby restaurants. And it's less than 10 minutes from downtown Rehoboth by car. We had an awesome stay!!!

Great Location

House was clean and perfect for our family. Great location. The only negative is the parking for this unit. If you drive a truck be prepared for a very tight spot.

Amazing!

We had the BEST family vacation staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of 6! The owners are SO nice and friendly, and they were very quick to respond to us when we had questions. The property is clean and quiet, and the house had everything we needed for cooking family dinners. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to book again for next year :)

Awesome Location!

We had an amazing time at the Perch at Dewey Beach. The condo was nicely appointed and well stocked with everything you possibly need. The condo was very conveniently located close to the beach, shops and many bars and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo. Jennifer and Jeff were very easy to reach via text and were very accommodating. Looking forward to returning next summer!!!

Great place for a week at the beach!

Great location and perfect for our family. Check in was easy and communication was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The path leading to the beach was not as easy lugging all our stuff as it was to just walk a little further to the regular path but that didn't matter - we were still a min walk from the beach!

Great beach stay

Our family had a great time staying at this beach condo. It was so close to the beach. Checking in was a breeze. House is fully stocked and needed for nothing. Looking forward to hopefully staying here again!

Amazing location and property!

This was our second time staying and again, everything was perfect! The townhouse is so comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the grill was great. The balcony's have amazing view on every floor. Of course the easy walk to a beautiful beach and great restaurants, meant we never needed to take the car out. The owners are terrific and very responsive. Everything we needed to know ahead of time was shared and they checked in right away to make sure we were all set. We will definitely be back.
