La Suite Exécutive Royale

El apartamento se encuentra en el edificio «Azul Mediterráneo». Está situado en primera línea de la playa de la Malagueta, la zona residencial más exclusiva de Málaga y junto al “Muelle 1”, la nueva zona de ocio, compras y puerto deportivo de la ciudad.
Situado en una octava planta, entre el cielo y el mar, esta suite, plena de sol y luz, constituye un balcón a las azules y cálidas aguas del Mediterráneo, desde donde disfrutarás de inmejorables vistas de la bahía de Málaga que se incorporan al espacio intérieur.
La suite est diseñada para que disfrutes d'espacios amplios y abiertos, que puedes cerrar con puertas japonesas cuando quieras préservar tu intimidad. Tiene tres dormitorios dobles, dos de ellos con dos camas individuales que pueden transformarse en una cama doble si lo solicitas, un amplio salón, dos baños y una cálida y soleada terraza abierta al mar que puedes disfrutar en verano y en invierno por su cierre de cortinas de cristal. Cuenta con todo el equipamiento que necesitas para disfrutar de unas confortables vacaciones, incluidos lavavajillas, secadora y Smart TV para tu conexión a internet.
Se encuentra, a cinco minutos andando del centro histórico, rodeado de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, bancos y todos los servicios, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Torremolinos y muy cerca de la estación de tren y autobuses que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.

Stunning views of the sea

Lovely property right on the beach with180 degree views of the sea.Just a short walk from the Historic Centre and SOHO.Easy check-in and check-out. Modern, clean and well-decorated.Only thing missing was cooking oil and paper towel - would have been nice, but not essential.

Excellent location, excellent apartment.

Manuel was great communicator pre arrival and on arrival. The apartment was is a great location , it is just like the pictures you see on line. Only downside you could hear the TV from next door. We didn’t use the TV because the view is out of this world and would have liked to have stayed longer. I will recommend this apartment for everything above, and when I come back to Malaga with my husband Manuel is the first person I would contact to see if the apartment is free. Thank you for everything we had an amazing time, and was lucky with the weather.

Great location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The views were unbelievable. We were steps from the beach and just a short walk into town. The owner met us, helped us park and even helped with our luggage before he walked us through the unit. There was a grocery store a minute from the apartment, which we utilized quite a bit. Make sure to pack your own beach towels and any extras you may need for cooking. We had a wonderful stay in Malaga!

Amazing lived up to all that was expected.

If your looking for the ideal base for a break to Malaga then this is a must, you are in the middle of everything. Worth every penny to wake up to that view from bedroom window, the apartment has everything you need. Tony and family couldn't do enough for us, we will defo be re visiting Malaga and there is only one place we will be staying. I very rarely recommend places to friends, but I have with this apartment.

Fabulous Property, But Not For Long Term Rental

I stayed at this property for 2 months. Everything about it was wonderful, except there was very little storage space, and the kitchen didn't have an oven and was too tiny to be functional. It would be perfect for a week, but it's too small for 6 adults. The view was spectacular. I loved the neighborhood and the location was convenient to everything. Manuel, the owner was very responsive. He lives in the same building, so he was just minutes away.

We loved the incredible view and the location on the water. Amazing sunrise. The porch is excellent. A/C worked well. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk into the old part of the city, which is amazing. Great walking, running and swimming along the beach in front of the building. The space for our family of 5 quite well. The doors to the front two bedrooms are very thin so there’s not a lot of sound privacy but that wasn’t a problem for us. The apartment is relatively modern but the building is a bit old and smelly, particularly in the lobby. The stairway (if you don’t take the elevator) smells horrible. Unfortunately the hot water was inconsistently available. The apartment manager (Manuel), who is a little bit difficult to deal with, had a long explanation for the hot water problem that involved repeatedly flipping a switch on the hot water heater. This is a known problem that should be fixed. The towels in the apartment smelled a little funny too.

Great Location

We were 2 couples traveling together. The apartment is located across the street from the best beach in Malaga. The city hop on bus stops approx.100 m from the front door. It is within walking distance to the Marina, as well as the cathedral and castle ruins. The apartment has all the essential needed, but you'll want to take advantage of the good local bars and restaurants for tapas or dinner. The apartment was very clean, There is a large supermarket just around the corner as well. Manuel and Antonio met us upon our arrival and arranged taxi transfers from the airport upon arrival and to the train station upon leaving. Thanks much guys!

Gorgeous views and lovely apartment!

The views from this apartment were incredible! We caught the sunrise on both days of our stay and on one day we also saw a school of dolphins playing in the water, fantastic! The apartment was very clean and spacious with 3 twin bedrooms and two shower rooms. The outdoor, enclosed terrace was lovely, although the seating could have been a bit more comfortable! Being on the 8th floor, we needed to use the lift and it broke on our second day, but there are 3 other lifts in the building, so it wasn't a major problem. There was a lot of noise from next door's TV in the evenings, but that's apartment living. There was also a lot of noise in the mornings when they were cleaning the beach, but that's the price you pay for such a stunning frontline view!

Beautiful view, great location, however there are issues with this unit.

When we arrived we meet our host at the door. He showed us how to get in, walked us through the unit, and then was very stern on what the rules were. I didn’t appreciate the way he talked to my family, but it sounded like he has dealt with many people coming and throwing parties in the unit. We then encountered a couple of problems during our stay. Then after a couple of days we noticed there was a leak which turned into a flow of water coming from the wall under the bathroom sink. The host said to contact him with any issues and he would get back to me fast. Well, that didn’t happen and the following day he wanted me to take pictures to send to him. Since I couldn’t send

Perfect Location

The condo is centrally located to restaurants, sites and shopping. The host, Manuel, was very accommodating and made sure we were totally familiar with all aspects of the condo and the surrounding area. The condo is great and roomy. We were a family of 5 so there was plenty of room. Two of the bedrooms are smaller in size but have closets with shelves and a hanging bar for clothes. The larger bedroom is nice in size, has a small dresser and a closet with shelves but no place to hang clothes. The beds are very comfortable. As a side note, the bedroom located next to the outside patio, picks up the TV sounds from the condo next door do if you are a light sleeper choose another room. The showers are very small so if you are a larger person, you may have some issues maneuvering in the tight space. We really did not use the kitchen area other than storing beverages in the refrigerator. There is a cooktop, a microwave and a dishwasher, but no oven. There is an electric water kettle and some sort of a Keurig type coffee machine, but no coffee brewer. We did not eat any meals in the condo. For breakfast we ate at the Bar Venus, located outside of the condo. The beach is nice. Chairs can be rented at 2 locations, at a cost of $7 euros per chair. These locations have permanent thatch umbrellas. If renting a car, keep in mind there are very few places to park the car. We rented a space from Manuel.

Superbe appartement, confortable. Locateur présent et disponible. De l'appartement face à la mer, à la grande promenade, au Malaga historique, tout peut se faire à pied. Il y a de multiples terrasses et restaurants partout, pour tous les goûts et toutes les bourses. Si un jour je retourne à Malaga, je réserverai à nouveau cet appartement. Parfait pour 6 personnes dont les attentes étaient élevées. Ajoutez à vos activités prévues la visite du musée de l'automobile ... un concept original et qui plait aussi bien aux dames et à ceux qui, comme moi, ne sont pas des amateurs de vieilles voitures. Malaga est une heureuse découverte et l'appartement, un endroit calme et agréable pour récupérer.

Location, Location, Location!

Loved this place. The views were incredible and the apartment is fabulous. I loved the fact that it was very close to a grocery store and obviously the beach. The beds are comfortable and seating very nice. The only thing to know, is that is minimally stocked with items, such as paper towels, oils etc. so you will need to purchase or bring what you need. That is a minor detail for how great the place. is. I really appreciated working with the host to be able to drop off our luggage so we could explore the city, Thank you.
