The host Dave was fantastic. The place and location was great. Very easy access to Georgetown and Washing DC. Walking distance to a supermarket and across to a park. I highly recommend.

Property was beautiful. In a great location in Arlington. Be aware of the 3 story layout with all the bathrooms on the top floor with the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend it for a stay.

Beautiful and spacious, clean and updated, and comfortably housed 4 adults, with space in main living area for an air mattress if needed. Great location, and able to easily walk to Metro, area restaurants, shopping, and not a far drive from DC and other sites of interest. Host was thorough and prompt when responding to questions. Highly recommend if wanting to stay close to but outside of DC area, with easy access to Metro. LOVED IT!!!

The home was warm and inviting. Tastefully decorated. There was not one thing that was missed to make this feel like your home. Snacks, soda, first aid kits, cosemetic wipes, shampoo, conditioner, dog bowl, baby gear. You name it.

Great location and host!

We absolutely loved this location. We were walking distance to 2 metro rail stations which was great because we used that to get into DC each day. The property was exactly as listed and the host was very prompt in his responses. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Great place - great location

Great place to stay in Arlington. Close to many amenities in Ballston. Metro is very close. The townhome is well-appointed, and there was great communication with the property manager. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Arlington.

Family Visit

We needed to be close to our son’s house and have our own space. Location was great and owner really tried to be helpful with nice extras like coffee, some snacks and garage door opener. Parking was a challenge for visitors. Beds were comfy. We would like to rent again.

Great location! Walkable to two parks, coffee, groceries, restaurants, Metro and more! We did spring break with kids and had a wonderful stay, we used to live in the area and wanted to be close to the major sights and quick access to visit friends in VA, DC and MD. This spot was perfect for minimal travel time for all we wanted to do. A drive into major sights of DC and VA is easy and quick if you’re familiar with traffic times/patterns and roads. If you’re not familiar with the driving in the DC area - The Metro is a 10ish minute walk from the house and takes you almost anywhere you’d want to go for major sights and things to do! Host’s responses were quick and always helpful! House was very clean - basics were stocked (laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, basic cooking condiments, oils etc) and very organized! Family friendly home and neighborhood. Oh, and a garage at the place to park was clutch!Beds were comfortable, sheets were cozy. I was thrilled with our stay and would book again!

Excellent Property

We stay in Arlington a few weekends a year with our pup. This property was perfect. Owner was super responsive in answering any questions. We had a small issue with not knowing which unit it was because it's not clearly stated on the property address in the listing, but owner got back quickly with the info when we reached out.Quite possibly the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, very nice touch of a selection of drinks in the fridge, some snacks and Nespresso pods. Those small touches were very much appreciated. Location is excellent and an easy 10 min walk to Clarendon or a quick 2 blocks into Ballston, where you'll find a large selection of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future.

We stayed at this location when we were moving our son up to George Mason Law School, and I have to say, this house was perfect for what we were looking for during our stay in Arlington/DC. The house was amazing, and the host was top notch. We loved having a garage, even though it was a bit tight getting in and out. The bedrooms were great, so clean and professional, and very quiet. All rooms had nice fans because we need to have little bit of white noice. The AC worked like a charm, which was needed after our daily walks around town. The kitchen was stocked and had an amazing coffee maker in it. Speaking of walks, the house is located just a block or two from a Metro station, so you could get around almost everywhere without having to use a car if you don't want to.The only negatives? And this is really a stretch, because it's not really even a negative. If you don't like stairs, this isn't the house for you. The only townhouse style has a main floor one flight up and the bedrooms another flight up. Again, not an issue with us, but just to warn you. LOL. The other thing, we liked the outside area, but the fire pit didn't have any propane in it. Again, not a big deal since it was roughly 90 degrees outside, who needs a firepit at 90 degrees? :)Thanks again!
