This thoughtfully equipped condo includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable dining table, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. Please note that the unit is located on the 2nd level, with stair access only, as there is no elevator.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking pass(es) will be in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Tandem parking is available for two vehicles underneath the building (one carport space and one driveway space). If you bring your boat, you may park your boat trailer in these two reserved spaces. Parking is not permitted for any other vehicles, this includes RVs, ATVs, and boat trailers.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February.
