Historic Hideaway

Enjoy life in the swankiest pre-civil war servant’s quarter’s the 1800’s had to offer!! Fantastically located, walkable to hiking/biking, shopping, dining, coffee, upscale boutiques, the Farmington Valley rail trail, Fisher Meadow Recreation complex and Avon Old Farms School. Enjoy three bedrooms and a modern eat-in kitchen with easy access to highways, Hartford and all of Farmington Valley. Plenty of off street parking, plus private patio with Adirondack chairs and grill.

This property is the second floor of one of Avon's few multifamily homes. The second floor, originally the homeowners servants quarters, now serves as an independent second floor three bedroom unit. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you!
