This is an adorable home that is decorated in a beach cottage style that is very clean and a short walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and all basic essentials have been provided. We will stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the hosts clearly take great pride in their property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place close to the beach.

The place was great in that it was decorated very very nicely and felt like new. Perfect for 2 or small family. Loved having easy access to washer and dryer and very convenient to the beach, most importantly, but very walkable also to cute shops on S. 2nd and many restaurants! Check-in was a breeze. Janine, hospitality host, was super sweet with great recommendations for my friend and I to enjoy!! Thank you!

We loved this place!! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! So close to the beach, ample parking, and close to wonderful restaurants and bars! Even my dog was happy! The host was so accommodating too! We will definitely stay here again! 10/10

Perfect for a quick getaway

We staryed here for our anniversary weekend. The location was great, we loved that we could walk to beach in a few minutes. We will definitely consider this for another stay with the children!

july 4th weekend

This was a perfect place for our long weekend visiting our daughter. Very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Great location close to beach, shopping, and restaurants-& having the beach wagon/chairs/towels was awesome! We did not get to take advantage of the bikes but would have been fun. Overall excellent stay!

Quick visit to Jax Beach

Comfortable, cool and clean! With all the beach amenities for a full day of fun. Includes an Easy up canopy, beach chairs and wagon to hall your stuff one block from house to the beach! This 2 queen bedroom, one bath accommodated 4 adults and 2yr old toddler for our 2 night stay.

Beautiful, cozy little place close to the beach! It had everything I needed, including a sweet care package with coffee and snacks! The bath products smelled wonderful and I loved the throw blankets in the living room and extra blankets in the closets! I very much appreciated the pull cart, beach chairs and towels and umbrella available for us to use! The garage was great too; loved keeping the rental car out of the elements.
