Recently upgraded and furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom home features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.
Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. A dedicated workspace is available in the second bedroom perfect for traveling professionals and students.
The fourth bedroom is a separate guest suite with a private entrance (no connecting door), including a full bathroom, compact kitchen are with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a hot plate, and a 42" Smart TV.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, Smart TV, free high-speed WiFi, laundry area with a games table (foosball, billiards, table tennis, hockey), and board games.
