気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Firstly, as advertised, there is no washer and dryer, as the guests wanted to wash their clothes while they were preparing to sleep and first thing in the morning after each day of work. Turns out, after I asked where the washer/dryer is, they said we have to knock on the front door of the house where someone else lives to obtain the ability to wash clothes in their premises. We don't want to have to go to someone else's area to wash clothes. That is very inconvenient especially for the timing of washing clothes. The washer/dryer was the main reason I booked this place. This detail was not mentioned on the site.
Secondly, it is advertised as having "three bedrooms". One bedroom has a queen bed and a door and is proper, the other bedroom has two proper queen beds in its own space with a door.
The third so-called bedroom is a small space that barely fits a queen bed, with no other storage, no window and only a drape that separates it from the walkway to the other bedrooms—no wall with a door. Appears to be about 9 to 10 feet wide and no more than 8 feet deep, which doesn't qualify as a bedroom in BC.
Thirdly, it is advertised that it has a kitchenette. There is no sink, so it can't advertise a kitchenette.
Also, there were bugs in the wrapped towel on one of the beds, stains in bedding, on the floor, and the walls were messy all over the place. We booked this for 5 days and my guest left after the first night.
