Thank you very much for leaving your valuable Review about your stay in my Suite during your trip to Surrey. Myself & my family take pride in keeping our Suite spotless & very clean. We are always there for our Guests whenever they need us for any reason. Our aim is to fulfill our Guests reasonable demand in minutes. Our Suite is within walking distance of Surrey Centre/ Surrey Downtown.

Yes, we do have a Laundry, it's not inside the Suite but it's just outside the Suite entrance door. As soon as our Guests reach out to us for Laundry we provide the access right away. Yes, we don't leave extra Beds or Mattress inside the Suite. But if needed we will provide extra Mattress and Bedding right away & I was able to resolve the same in timely manner. We live upstairs & our aim is to resolve any issues arising out of confusion or any general issue to resolve ASAP. Thank you again.

Thank you very much for your review about your stay in our Suite. Thank you bringing your concerns to our notice. But I want to take this opportunity to clarify the you brought forward. We always have top sheets available in the Cupboards in each Bedroom. The cleaning team somehow forgot to replace those in rush to get the Suite ready for you Guys. I think it wasn't a big issue as I have been in touch with you guys and always asking you if you need something then please let us know. In future also, please let us know we will try our best to fulfill the Guests Genuine demand. I think this is a big advantage for Guests and for us as we live Upstairs and we try to fulfill the shortages right way and try our best to resolve the issues if there is any. In regards to issue of Sensor lights, I have Sensor light throughout the walkway and all the way to the front of the Suite entrance door, this is 50 - 60 Feet distance. I checked last night and every single sensor light is working & I have about 05 Sensor lights from the front to the back and it gets as bright as daylight. I have to be mindful of my neighbors as well so that too much of Lighting don't bother them also, so I have to keep the balance. For me the number of lights I have within that short distance is more than enough. I appreciate Mr Matt & family for choosing our Suite for your stay during your visit to Surrey.
