Fully Furnished Holiday Rental 02 BR Suite

This cozy and functional suite has its own private entrance and is perfect for all your needs, with 2 private bedrooms with queen sized beds, a private bathroom, kitchen, TV, WiFi, hardwired internet, and a seating area. Free parking is available on premises.

Owners live Upstairs (Onsite). As we live Upstairs (on site), so any genuine demands to make your stay more comfortable will be fulfilled in a timely fashion. You can ring the doorbell at the front door or please feel free to call me to get in touch with me.

Staying at this suite, you will be centrally located to Downtown Surrey, Vancouver, White Rock, SkyTrain and highway access.

Extra people can be accommodated for with an extra fee. Maximum of 06 Guests can be accommodated. Mattress, Bedding & Blankets will be provided for extra Guests.

No pets, no smoking on property premises, no partying.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! Mr. Jassi was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our visit. The house was extremely neat, clean, and very well maintained. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, especially with the kids. We felt right at home and really appreciated his hospitality. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Surrey!

Clean and modern apartment in a beautiful residential neighborhood. I slept like a baby. Owners are friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Wifi works well, heat system too, parking, tons of hot water. Loved it!!!!

We had an outstanding stay at this two-bedroom rental in Surrey. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. The booking and check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive, helpful, and attentive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.We traveled for work purposes along with our friends, and we rented apartments side by side. The owner was very accommodating and even added a table and chairs in the backyard so we could comfortably work together as a group, which we really appreciated.One of the highlights of our stay was the warm hospitality we experienced, which made the visit especially welcoming and memorable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Surrey.

Clean, modern, full kitchen,TV. Mr. Jassi is a good communicator, welcoming, and strives to make his guests comfortable. He even offered a ride from the closest Skytrain station, which is a short bus ride or 15 -20 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

A great space, clean and modern.The host is fantastic, very attentive and caring.There was a discrepancy in the amount of beds listed in the ad and what's actually there. The host attended to it.Listing says washer and dryer but there was none.When we come back we hope to stay here again.

Thank you very much for leaving your valuable Review about your stay in my Suite during your visit to Surrey. Sorry Tiffany, about the confusion for washer & dryer. Thank you for bringing this up. Yes, we do have a Laundry, it's not inside the Suite but it's just outside the Suite entrance door. As soon as our Guests reach out to us for Laundry we provide the access right away. Yes, we don't leave extra Beds or Mattress inside the Suite. But if needed we will provide extra Mattress and Bedding right away & I was able to resolve the same in timely manner. We live upstairs & our aim is to resolve any issues arising out of confusion or any general issue to resolve ASAP. Thank you again.

The suite was very clean. There were things missing that were odd: we were given two hand towels and two bath towels, but no washcloths. We were given bedding, pillows, and a comforter, but no top sheet or blanket, so the choice was between heavy comforter and nothing. Fridge had ice maker turned on but not connected, so it made grinding noises all day/night. Host was very quick to respond on all concerns we brought up because they lived upstairs. Vrbo ads make it seem like the property will be empty except for "you", but this is a basement apartment with the host upstairs and another guest suite beside you. Access was in backyard; path was reasonable, but the motion lights did not always come on. However, for the money spent, this was a good place.

Thank you very much for your review about your stay in our Suite. Thank you bringing your concerns to our notice. But I want to take this opportunity to clarify the you brought forward. We always have top sheets available in the Cupboards in each Bedroom. The cleaning team somehow forgot to replace those in rush to get the Suite ready for you Guys. I think it wasn't a big issue as I have been in touch with you guys and always asking you if you need something then please let us know. In future also, please let us know we will try our best to fulfill the Guests Genuine demand. I think this is a big advantage for Guests and for us as we live Upstairs and we try to fulfill the shortages right way and try our best to resolve the issues if there is any. In regards to issue of Sensor lights, I have Sensor light throughout the walkway and all the way to the front of the Suite entrance door, this is 50 - 60 Feet distance. I checked last night and every single sensor light is working & I have about 05 Sensor lights from the front to the back and it gets as bright as daylight. I have to be mindful of my neighbors as well so that too much of Lighting don't bother them also, so I have to keep the balance. For me the number of lights I have within that short distance is more than enough. I appreciate Mr Matt & family for choosing our Suite for your stay during your visit to Surrey. If you decide to stay next time you are always welcome. I appreciate your Reviews about your stay. I do have full confidence in our cleaning team for keep our Suite spotless & I am very proud of that as they clean & sanitize it properly and to the best of their ability. Thank you. Regards

This is one of two comfortable walkout basement units in a nearly brand new house. It is spacious, dry, and clean with plenty of natural light and good ventilation. It’s a 20 min walk to Surrey Central Station as well as parks, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities. This multigenerational host family lives upstairs and I cannot write enough superlatives about how gracious, kind, friendly, and welcoming they are. The go out of their way to be accommodating and are quick to address any needs that arise.
