Your cozy getaway awaits in Newark at this fabulous cottage. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, this charming retreat offers a perfect space for guests to unwind. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, heating, AC, and WiFi. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Newark. Enjoy a drink on the side porch or coffee on the front porch. Quiet residential area beside of a church. The long driveway allows for 3 vehicles. Two miles from St Rt 16 going anywhere from Columbus, Zanesville, Heath, Granville. Close to Legend Valley Concert venue, Denison University, Midland Theater. Less than 1/2 hour drive to Amazon, Intel, Discover Card. Must be 25 or older to reserve. No pets. Smoking is allowed outside only. The number of guests will not exceed four at any time. If more than 4 you will be cancelled. Absolutely NO PETS. Please do not work on vehicles or change oil in the driveway.

Was super cute house. Neighbor was working on his porch super early mornings, and us being night owls it woke us up a few days but All and all it was a great stay and would come again.

This house is on a deadend street so has less traffic. Quiet neighborhood and large yard.

What makes this property unique

The cottage has a welcome home feel. Rooms are cozy and makes you want to curl up on couch and binge watch movies when the weather is bad.
