Lovingly renovated, I am a single-family, beach cottage in a family-friendly, Jersey Shore town. My decor is always clean and fresh. $150 per night (off season/non holiday). The ground floor is used by owner(who lives next door)as a Guest Bedroom with bath. The main floor (second)... has a large ocean-breezy porch. The shabby chic decor includes an open living, dining, kitchen and a private bedroom and large bath. The third floor, with low eaves, has twin beds and a private bath with a large soaking tub. Parking, beach, perfect doll house with all extras included in the convenient heart of Sea Isle City. Sparkling clean and comfy.

Adjacent to OLANDT HOUSE featured at Vacation Rental By Owner #33343. These are two of a charming collection of unique, cedar-shingle cottages at the corner of Central Avenue and 45th Street in the convenient heart of Sea Isle City.

The very best in a convenient location. AND OFF STREET PARKING. Walk 2 blocks to beach, and 2 to 6 blocks to deli, bakery, coffee shop, post office, banks, restaurants, entertainment and recreation. This rental house is perfect for a discerning couple, small family or a few aging 'girls' looking for a comfortable home to visit and relax. A stay at Jones Home is like a visit to a best friend's home. A best friend who is orderly, organized and pays attention to every little detail.

Wonderfully well stocked with beach badges (4), fine linens, ample bath and beach towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, baggies, foil, trash bags and soaps for you, your clothes and the dishes. Books, games, and surprises to delight the most picky renter. This Non-Smoking house is chock full of goodies.

Rock or dine on the porch or daydream in a shady place under a sycamore tree. Top shelf everywhere and sparkling clean all the time.

Huge porch with awesome ocean breezes. A wonderful grassy yard, brick paths, flower, herb, and veggie gardens. Private (always ready) in ground gas grill. All surrounded by white picket fencing and arbors; meticulously maintained Now THIS IS A VACATION!

RESERVATION POLICY... because our property is so unique, the demand often exceeds availability. The home is booked one year in advance. We keep a waiting list of requested weeks. The existing Guests have first request for the same week the following year. This is secured with a $300.deposit. If no request is made within a week of departure, the date is made available to the waiting list. Existing Guests from other weeks are given priority over new Guests on the waiting list.

Nice convenient property in beautiful Sea Isle City

Can not recommend this property enough! It is in a really convenient location: a couple of blocks off of the beach, a couple of blocks from the bay and a couple of blocks from JFK Blvd. The street is one way and quiet. Park your car and walk EVERYWHERE! The property is very nice and very clean. There is a large deck from which I believe you can see the ocean. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer and two (2!) bathrooms are in the unit. There are a lot of windows and the place is very bright. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. It is easy to contact the owners if needed. We are planning on staying here next year. We sincerely enjoyed our stay. If you enjoy staying in Sea Isle City please consider this property.

Charming, Comfortable, Clean and Central

The house is a perfect mix of old style charm with modern updates. Though extremely central, you wouldn't know it from the lack of noise. We had a nice breeze and even turned off the AC. The living room and eat in kitchen are nicely laid out. The front porch was great--with a table for eating as well as a section with chairs and a large glider. The owners provided EVERYTHING you can think of and were welcoming and helpful. As far as the last review, the check out list was far from extensive. Some basic cleanup is part of most South Jersey shore rentals. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return next year.

A nice place to stay with a clean and friendly decor. However, the "guest room" below seems to be actually another apartment. There does seem to be someone living there and noise can be easily heard through the floors. The air conditioning on the third floor is lacking so beware to those who stay in mid summer as we did. Also, there is a "list of guest responsibilities" to be performed before leaving that is rather extensive; such as disinfecting bathrooms and cleaning the floors. It is a good two blocks from the beach and please be aware of flooding on street parking when particularly rainy. The sunk in tub on the third floor is amazing however the shower stall on the second floor is very small. The owners are very nice and accommodating people.

the best vacation we had EVER

This vacation home was very clean and friendly,Rooms were large and the owners very helpful with things to do and places to see. We both work out and owener recomended HARDBODIES GYM, located 1 short block away. The Gym had a $ 99.00 SEASONAL membership which like our vacation home was a GREAT DEAL.
