We came to NC to view the areas as my son and girlfriend will be moving to the area. The property was just as described everything was very clean the location was perfect. Easy commute to restaurants and activities. Check in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend and we would stay again. Thank you for the cozy stay!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for what we were there for, touring NCSU and going to the NC Symphony with our teenage daughter. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market. We went for a walk through the neighborhood which was really nice. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We will hopefully return in the future to visit our daughter at college.
Enjoyed stay! Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Neat and well decorated. Fantastic owner! Had snow storm, and he was there immediately to clear stairs and walkway. Neighborhood isn't well lit and clearly a college visit type of property. Would definitely rent again.
We were visiting our niece at NC State. This location fit the bill. King beds are both firm. Kitchen had a Keurig. Wish there was a light switch for inside lights next to the entry d9r
The house was clean, comfortable, attractive and homey. Our stay was mostly pleasant. The internet connection was unfortunately unreliable, and my college kid was attempting to get homework done. The second night of our stay, the upstairs became uncomfortably warm for some reason. There was no TV to speak of, only streaming, which I wasn’t able to login to although it was supposedly logged in already.
