PDX Launching Pad - 2 bedroom house in a close-in, quiet Portland neighborhood.

Our duplex home is in a residential neighborhood - close to St. Vincent’s Hospital and minutes from downtown, the Pearl District, and Portland's old-school Nob Hill. Our location is a perfect launching pad for all that Portland offers: great restaurants, our famous food truck scene, and the Pacific Northwest outdoors.

As vetted Hosts, we've created a space using our knowledge of what travelers look for when booking their next vacation - comfy beds and linens, updated throughout, private working space, and a small backyard with outdoor furniture.

Our rental is in a duplex next door to full-time residents in a quiet residential neighborhood- just a few miles from the city center. Easy access to the mountains or beach - only 90 minutes in either direction.

Recently the home was updated from top to bottom with our future guests in mind. We are set up to provide a great night’s sleep. We have super comfy mattresses, high-count cotton sheets, fluffy down comforters, and pillows. Each bathroom is stocked with thick cotton towels, soaps, and shampoo. Take a long shower or soak in the tub - you have access to both!
Here for work, we have a nice workspace set up in the primary bedroom with task lighting and a large desk. Or you can spread out in the dining room. High-speed internet is available throughout the home.
If you need to do a load of laundry, we have a washer and dryer on site and plenty of soap. A small iron and ironing board are also on-site to freshen up your packed clothes.
Our home is a great place to connect with your local family and feel like part of the community. We are located near Portland's prestigious St Vincent’s Hospital and the home is a perfect place to support a loved one - just a short drive or walk away.
Sports venues less than 15 minutes away: Providence Park, Portland Rock Gym-Beaverton, Evergreen Curling Center, Multnomah Athletic Club, and Tualatin Aquatic Center.
This is not a party house or a place for large gatherings. We are respectful of our full-time residents and have quiet hours in place from 10 pm - 7 am. Ring camera enforced.

Our guests have access to the entire right side of the duplex - no shared space. The home has a small, private backyard through a sliding door in the dining room and primary bedroom.
