Charming and bright, open concept Cape house perfect for creating long lasting memories. Beautiful sunsets over Stage Harbor and views to the open ocean. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath reverse floor plan home. Master bedroom and gourmet kitchen with two living spaces on the second floor to enjoy the incredible views. Gourmet kitchen has 2 subzero refrigerators, Wolf oven and cooktop along with marble countertops. 3 additional bedrooms on the main floor along with a main floor family room. 3 flat screen TVs throughout the home. Wrap around porch on the main level and two decks on the upper level.

Access to private beach and walk to Lighthouse Beach in minutes as well as walking distance to Monomoy Nature Reserve.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for holiday meals and there are lots of kids toys, games, bikes, books and beach supplies. It’s an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Chatham. We spent the week of Thanksgiving with our multi generational family (aged 4 to 80). There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy activities.

Absolutely gorgeous home for a family getaway - has everything you can ask for. Very accessible to all mid cape beaches, shopping, Cape League games, etc. Spoiled by our stay.

Beautiful Home!

This home is absolutely stunning inside and out. It is clean and bright, and has every amenity you could want! The location is great as it is a short walk to the nearest beach, and a short drive to the wildlife preserve and all of Chatham. Check in and communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

Great house - great location

Seaglass is a beautiful and spacious house in a great location. Everything was immaculate. The house was well equipped (kitchen, bath, games, beach - anything you needed). There was plenty of room for our family to spread out or be in one place. The location is convenient to both beaches and Chatham. The owner/host got back to us quickly on any questions we had.

Great beach location

beautiful house, great location, and sunsets too. we loved wading over to the big sandbars and spending the day exploring for shells and enjoying the beach.

Family fun

This is our 3rd year staying here, we LOVE this property, it’s clean, it’s beautifully decorated, & so comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful too, great beaches to walk to and gorgeous nature walks to explore… it’s our favorite spot in the Cape

We spent our 45th wedding anniversary here with our children and two grandchildren. We had an amazing time, and the house was so comfortable and beautiful. It is about 15 minutes to walk to Chatham Lighthouse beach, which was a great beach for the grandchildren. The house was well equipped and clean. Everything worked perfectly. I did move some of the breakable items out of reach of toddlers, but that was the only precaution I needed to take. There were plenty of sand toys for the kids, as well as other toys. And a beach wagon. Really everything we needed!

Great Chatham house

Property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with nice views and exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to the southern end of Lighthouse beach, Stage Harbor, and Monomoy nature reserve. Well worth the effort to take the kayak out to explore the harbor.

Absolutely one of the best places we've stayed!

Absolutely beautiful home and exactly as photographed. Location is ideal for being close to Chatham center, but perfectly situated for peace and quiet. Pulling kayaks on wheels a very short distance from the property is simple with beautiful areas to paddle, there are bikes on site to ride right off the lot (with the kids too because the roads are not heavily travelled to the sandy beach / water access point nearby). Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Home

We travelled to Chatham to attend a wedding with our parents and 10-month old twins. The home suited our needs perfectly and came well equipped with beverages, amenities, cookware, and other useful items. The property manager was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I and our children and their spouses and infant grandson had the most wonderfully week at Seaglass! The house lived up to its description and was perfectly appointed. Beautiful setting and an easy 30 minute stroll to town. Everything you need is provided. Brittany was super easy to work with. We hope to return!!

Family week on the Cape

We had our family, including the grandchildren, with us for a week. The owners made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Fresh flowers throughout the house. Private beach next door which was easy with three little ones. Best location ever. near lighthouse beach. We could walk into town. We'll be back next year

Chatham Hideaway

This waa our second visit and loved the house just as much in the early summer as last fall . A beautiful beach is a 5-10 minute walk away (on lower tides),. Clamming and paddle boatding are 2-3 minutes away by foot at the end of stage harbor. Our grandkids had a blast, and the adults did too. The house is in perfect condition and Brittany is wonderful to work with. We will be back!

Perfect Week in Chatham

What an amazing house! Started with a surprise gift from the owners and only got better. House has everything you need for an enjoyable week, literally everything. Brittany was great to deal with and was quick to respond to any and all questions. Not sure what was my favorite: the deck, the kitchen, the short walk to a beautiful beach. Already looking forward to my return in 2021!

Perfection!

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and boy did we find a gem to stay in! Sea Glass is a beautiful home; clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed and so many extra amenities! Brittany was very responsive texting me when the house was ready and responding to a few other questions I had. The home is located on a quiet street with beautiful views and a very easy to walk to Lighthouse Beach. Sea Glass is by far the best home we have rented. Upon entering there was a homemade pie waiting from a local bakery and a bottle of Veuvre champagne, such a nice touch! The refrigerator and the downstairs wine refrig had waters, sparkling water and seltzers. The house also had plenty or towels, robes, slippers for each bath, A drawer if you forgot any toiletries, keurig cups and the list goes on! We felt so comfortable in this beautiful home! Plenty of space but still very comfortable and liveable. We loved our vacation and Sea Glass was a big part of making our stay so wonderful!

Best house, best host!

Sea Glass is the best house we’ve rented (and we’ve rented a lot of them) and Brittany is the best host. The house is well organized, rooms are well-sized and having living spaces upstairs (with views!) and bedrooms downstairs is a winner. Everything is provided, including linens, foil and spices in the kitchen, soaps, shampoos … you can just walk right in with your suitcase. We loved walking on our favorite trails and kayaking nearly every day. An excellent experience in a graceful and thoughtfully appointed home. Watching the osprey nest in front of the house was an added treat.

Beautiful Home

We were first time visitors to Cape Cod, and we lucked out with this home! Great setup, amazing views, clean, well-appointed (they had everything!), close to town etc. Very welcoming host. Couldn’t ask for more.
