Cette maison de plus de 1 400 pieds carrés comprend une terrasse de 45 pieds, une véranda avec une table de pique-nique, un barbecue au propane, une terrasse avec foyer, une salle de jeux avec un billard et un jeu de fléchettes.
Trois chambres avec placards pleine grandeur. Deux salles de bain complètes, chauffe-eau sans réservoir pour les douches chaudes sans fin. WiFi, Amazon TV, Netflix, HBO. Également à 400 mètres des supermarchés, des pizzerias / boutiques, du magasin d’alcool d’État et du parcours de golf Indian Mound. Association privée d'accès à la piscine. Conway est à seulement 30 minutes en voiture à la sortie des magasins et des restaurants. Sentiers de randonnée à proximité pour le plaisir en plein air et beaucoup de divertissement à l'intérieur pour les jours pluvieux. Vous pourrez louer des bateaux dans les marinas à proximité et utiliser un canot 2 personnes entièrement équipé. La vie est meilleure au lac!

Great Week!

We had a great week on lake Ossipee! We enjoyed swimming in the lake, walking around the neighborhood, and just relaxing. Ryan was a great host, very responsive, and accessible making the stay even easier. Looking forward to coming back again!

Lake Life

We had a beautiful week on the water. The house was a great place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. Kids enjoyed fishing, tether ball, canoeing. The pool table was a great addition especially on our rainy evening.. Ryan was great to deal with. He called on our arrival evening to make sure we got to the house and if we had any issues.(which we didn't). We made use of the firepit for snores.

Felt like home

The lake house was all we could have wished for. A very short cut through the woods to Lake Ossipee. 30min to Wolfeboro and Lake Winnepesaukee. 40min to North Conway, 50min to Storyland. 30min to a national forest. Amazing location, quiet and relaxing setting. Happy to rent again next time I need a crash pad in the White Mountains.

Great week on Ossipee Lake

Great area to ride bikes, go to the lake. We were even able to bring our family dog on vacation which was great. There was a nice screened in porch.

Vacation week

We had a great time at the house. Upon initial arrival, there was definitely a musty smell but after we opened up the doors and put the fans on it went away. The house could use a good thorough cleaning and some paint but overall the house was good. There was plenty of room and things to do but we were really only there to sleep as we had great weather and activities daily. As Ryan continues to rent you can tell he cares and wants everyone to be satisfied and has plans to keep upgrading the property. Thanks for a great stay Ryan!

Just an update on this review. I believe the "musty smell" that I've heard people complain about was actually the cleaning products that my cleaner was using. That's since been changed and I haven't heard about any musty smell. The house is cleaned thoroughly before any guests arrive. I've had all the bedrooms and common areas painted since 2019 and more painting is planned for 2020/21. I'll have updated pictures on here at some point. But I have many groups who come through and have vacations so it's impossible to keep a place flawless. It's a lake house! Improvements and upgrades occur every year and is based on guest feedback.

We all enjoyed our stay. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable but the others were terrible. The canoe was quite deformed and difficult to use. Over all it was nice

Hi Richard. I'm so sorry your group had issues with the mattresses and the canoe. As I tell all of my guests, let me know if there's any issues! Saying nothing to me and then complaining on a review doesn't improve your situation and makes me look like I don't care. I am here to please! To be fair, those "terrible" mattresses are 2 years old and I spent a week on one this spring just fine and have heard no complaints from the prior 8 groups this season. But it appears they're not adequate for some and I already ordered 4-inch mattress pads for these beds which will be on them going forward. As far as my canoe is concerned, it has a minor dent, yes. But for 4 summers, this is the first time someone has said it's difficult to use. I'll pick up a new canoe this week and it will be there for any new renters. To any potential renters reading this critique: This type of post-stay criticism is hard to swallow when nothing was said to me at the time. I try really hard to make everyone happy. Short of knocking down a wall, I will do everything possible to make sure you're comfortable. I take your vacation very seriously and I value everyone who stays at my house.

Great House and Host

This house provided my family with everything that we needed for our vacation. Plenty of space and amenities. Great location to the Lake Ossipee and plenty of space. Ryan was a great communicator and helped with every question we had. We really enjoyed our trip this year all thanks to this place and a great host!

House needs updating

Ryan great to deal with ,location to mountains and northcountry a plus. Ossipee lake was great .enjoyed many games of pool. However house in need of updating , there was a musty smell in some rooms snd odor in bathroom . Several matresses not comfortable for adults

Hi Gary, Sorry to hear about your negative experience 6 weeks ago. Over the offseason, I'll be installing a gutter system and taking other waterproofing measures to keep water away from the crawlspace that I believe is the cause of this musty smell. I had closed cell memory foam installed in the walls of the crawlspace to address this issue and it seems to have not had the desired effect. The humid weather this summer made this more of an issue as well. But more will be done to resolve this. There are new memory foam mattresses on 4 out of the 6 beds that are less than a year old. I'll be replacing another mattress this offseason which is 8 years old, and the final one being 5 years. Sorry if these didn't feel adequate to your party and improvements are ongoing. I've made several updates and repairs in each of the 3 years I've owned this property and tenant feedback is always the major factor in my choices. Thank you for staying and sharing your concerns. They will be addressed before Spring of 2019.

House was great! There was tons of room for everyone to spread out while in the house.

We had a great family vacation with our kids and a few of their friends. The xtra space enable all the teens to stay up late but enable us old folks to go to sleep without tons of noise. Quick walk to beach which was great and we were able to bring our boat we rented in and out of the beach area easily for pick ups and drop offs. Neighborhood was great for walks! Had an amazing time!

Beautiful scenic area fresh air

We had rain most of the week but that’s uncontrollable. The house had plenty of space and other options to keep us busy. The poolroom was the highlight for the guys. They loved it. Great house, great host!

A few of my friends got together for the weekend and we all loved the house! One of the days was rainy but we had plenty of room in the house to play cards, pool, darts and even corn hole! Ryan was a great host and even took us on a tour of the lake on his boat! Couldnt have asked for a better experience, we're already trying to plan for next year! Thanks again Ryan!

Perfect!

Our stay was great! I would recommend this house to any crowd. You can sit by the fire watch TV and relax and not hear the people in the game room playing darts, pool and cornhole. The house is close to everything... food, stores, N.Conway, tubing, skiing, the lake etc. The tankless water heater was amazing with six people needing to shower every morning. Overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay!! I would stay again!

Perfect lake house.

We had a blast cooking hot dogs over the fire pit and generally just relaxing in Ryan's comfy lake home. The house has everything you need and more with an incredible game room. The screened in porch and large deck are also very nice. I grew up on Ossipee Lake and hadn't been back for over 20 years. For anyone who has never been to this lake, you're missing out! The water is beautiful and the views are awesome. Water access is a must for the total experience. And it couldn't be closer to the golf course!!! We will be back.......

Excellent Host

Excellent Lake house with boat ramp access, pool access and great location. Ryan is an outstanding host and easy to deal with. He will bend over backward to make things work for you (he did for my family). I highly recommend his property for people looking to go hiking in the area or boating on Lake Ossipee!

Spacious house & great location

The house was very spacious & a short walk through the woods from the water's edge. We loved using the canoe out on the lake and being able to swim without having to drive to another beach. We rented a boat from a local marina during our stay and it was very easy & convenient to pull into the inlet to load/offload/etc, even without having a dedicated dock. Having the pool table & darts available was an extra bonus. Ryan, the owner, was very responsive with any questions/concerns we had before booking the property and also during our stay. On the negative side - one of the toilets and one of the A/C units were not functioning during our stay. Ryan was very responsive & apologetic about it. Also - some of the rooms had a slightly damp feel to them. Overall our family had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Great Location and House

Our family had a wonderful time at Ryan's "lake house." The weather was perfect so we could go to the pool at the golf course and White Lake State Park, which was very close. We walked to the lake to watch the 4th of July fireworks and just hang out. The pool table was a big hit and eating on the screened porch very comfortable. It was also a great place to play board games. Our family rented a plontoon boat for a day on the lake, which was fantastic. The back deck was large enough to play outside games and eat breakfast (before it got hot). We all had a great time and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful home with beautiful scenery

I wanted a relaxing getaway in a beautiful home by the lake and that is what I got. The owner is incredibly nice and made sure everything was all ready and set for me before my arrival. The whole process was smooth and responses were quick. My absolute favorite part was the pool table room. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. A canoe was provided for us and was definitely put in use for the lake which is literally a 2 minute walk away. I couldn't have asked for a better home to stay for the weekend. I cannot wait to rent this home again in the future.

I really like how the property is so close to the lake but still close to so many other activities and being part of an association with lots to offer. The house needed a lot of work when I purchased it and I've made a lot of progress in making it look and feel like a vacation should. I'm always looking at making the house better for my guests and take any requests or suggestions with open arms.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A house with a pool table and a dart board as well as high speed internet + streaming video services really helps out in bad weather. But access to a pool, a lake, golf, a canoe, a fire pit, and a hammock for the good weather. I love the location and the house has a ton of room and amenities with the association. Ossipee Lake is awesome! The money I make off of the rentals not only helps pay the mortgage but also towards all of the future upgrades I have planned.
