Lake Ossipee views and your own short private path to an association beach that is just seconds away. Neighborhood association pool at the end of the road. This 1400+ square foot home's highlights are a 45 foot deck, screened in porch with picnic table, propane grill, patio with fire pit, and a game room with billiards table and dart board.

The home features three bedrooms with full size closets. Two full bathrooms and a tankless water heater for endless hot showers. WiFi, Amazon TV, Netflix, HBO, and Disney+ entertainment for the whole family. Air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room. Private boat launch located next to property and parking for trailer + vehicle while out on the lake, but no dock slip available. Boat rentals available at nearby marinas and a fully equipped 2-person canoe for you to use.

Also a quarter mile from a grocery store, state liquor store, pizza shop with full bar, and Indian Mound Golf Course that features a River's Edge Grille & Tavern with patio seating with a view of the golf course. Conway is a short 30 minute drive to the White Mountains, shopping, amusement parks, and restaurants. Hiking trails also nearby for outdoor fun and plenty of indoor entertainment for rainy days. Life is better at the lake!

Why they chose this property

I really like how the property is so close to the lake but still close to so many other activities and being part of an association with lots to offer. The house needed a lot of work when I purchased it and I've made a lot of progress in making it look and feel like a vacation should. I'm always looking at making the house better for my guests and take any requests or suggestions with open arms.

What makes this property unique

A house with a pool table and a dart board as well as high speed internet + streaming video services really helps out in bad weather. But access to a pool, a lake, golf, a canoe, a fire pit, and a hammock for the good weather. I love the location and the house has a ton of room and amenities with the association. Ossipee Lake is awesome! The money I make off of the rentals not only helps pay the mortgage but also towards all of the future upgrades I have planned.
