Newly renovated spacious modern farmhouse abuts Indian Mound Golf Course & Country Club in Ossipee, which is considered one of NH’s most popular golf courses. It is also just steps away from a beautiful beach on Ossipee Lake. Shared outdoor amenities to be enjoyed also include a refreshing in-ground pool and playground.

The moment you enter this vacation getaway, you won’t want to leave! From the spacious foyer, you will be welcomed into an enormous open kitchen/dining/living room area that directly overlooks the golf course fairway. Let your guests unwind in the living area enjoying the floor-to-ceiling gas-burning fireplace or watching their favorite shows on a wide-screen TV. They could also keep you company from the bar while you treat them to delicious snacks, drinks and meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. This getaway also boasts a sunroom and 2 spacious decks with gas grill off the dining area, which make for perfect places to grill your meals and for taking the entertaining outside.

This 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 on the lower level. The master bedroom, which has an en-suite bath, is furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a twin bed. Each of the remaining two bedrooms, which share a second bathroom, has a queen-sized bed. Pack light as you have access to a stackable washer/dryer.

This home is located at the foot of the Mount Washington Valley. Summers offer everything from horseback to hiking with plenty of biking, swimming, waterfalls and mountain top adventure in-between. Family attractions abound from trains to planes to automobiles. It is also in the middle of NH winter wonderland! This home is a 20 minute drive to King Pine Ski Area! We are also close to 6+ ski resorts, #1 snow mobile destination, ice fishing, ice skating, sledding, sleigh rides...

If you love to shop, there is no better place than right here. Our quaint towns and villages of Meredith and Wolfeboro, within a half hour radius, boast over 100 specialty shops nestled in historic storefronts and charming Victorian style homes. Just up another road 25 minutes away is North Conway (voted one of top 25 ski towns in the world by National Geographic), where you’ll find a wonderland of Outlet shopping as well. While you're out and about, treat your taste buds at one of our many fine restaurants, inns, rustic taverns and bakeries in our surrounding areas.

Winter Getaway

The house was clean, beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked. They allowed all three of our dogs which was very important to us! Lots of local restaurants to choose from, convenience store near by and only a 30-40 minute drive to Conway. Great family or couple getaway home!

Exceeded all expectations

We have been fortunate to stay at many fine VRBOs but I must say this is one of the best. The place was spotless and comfortable. And the kitchen (important for us!) well appointed. Our host was available, friendly and helpful. And finally, the golf cart was fun and great to have!

Sheila is an amazing host! Leading up to our booked weekend, Sheila was extremely responsive answering questions, and providing us with the required information necessary. The home was absolutely amazing, extremely clean, modern, and comfortable! Sheila provided us with all of the necessities we needed for the weekend (paper products, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, plenty of clean linens, pillows, towels, etc.) The house was in a great location for walking, and hiking, and centrally located for a day trip to North Conway. Definitely hope we get to come back again! 5 star weekend!

We had a wonderful week at Lake Ossipee. This property is across the street from a golf course and a short walk to the lake. The home is very clean and has everything one could hope for in a vacation rental. There is a grocery store and several restaurants a short drive away. We had a wonderful time staying at this home.

Wonderful Retreat

The house is very nice and clean. The living area is upstairs and gives excellent views of the ajoining golf course. The kitchen, eating area and seating area (in front of a gas fireplace) is an open concept and was perfect for our group of 5 friends gathering for a weekend away. It was toasty warm with the fire going! The house is walking distance to Lake Ossipee and an easy drive to North Conway.

A clean and well quiet place to relax

We spent five nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay in this clean, quiet, spacious, and well equipped property. There are several hiking trails within ten minutes of driving distance and we hiked everyday and enjoyed the beautiful fall foliage. We would definitely come back again in the future.

Found our spot in Ossipee!

The house is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, a beach steps away, a pool on proximity and a quiet neighborhood. The property is decorated beautifully, comes equipped with everything you need for vacationing with a family and extremely clean. Sheila was amazing with meticulous details for the stay, from check in to check out and was available for any questions we had. Sheila made us feel like it was our home and super comfortable. We have 2 small children and the location was perfect to keep them occupied for the entire week. We’ve been vacationing in Ossipee for close to 10 years and this was, by far, the best property we’ve stayed at!!

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! We felt right at home on days we stayed in with the comfortable, open layout. Venturing out was easy with the community access to Ossipee Lake and several attractions just north of the house. Plow services were a great perk! We will certainly consider staying again in the future!!
