About this property

Charming Private Living Space With Bunk Beds

This completely separate basement suite will accommodate a maximum of 8 people. There is a keypad entrance so you can check-in just about whenever you need without interacting with us. Stay cool this summer in our basement! We also have air conditioning.

Bedroom 1:
There is a queen bed with premium bedding and down comforter. Large full length mirror. 50 inch TV connected to satellite. Desk space with chair. There is also an ironing board and iron in the closet.

Bedroom 2:
There is a bunk bed with premium organic bedding and twinXL padded cot bunk beds. Air mattresses, extra pillows, blankets and a pack n play in the closet.

Bedroom 3:
There is a twin daybed with twin trundle and a breakfast bar. This bedroom is shared with the basement entrance.

Bathroom:
Soaking tub and shower. Full length mirror. Necessities and complimentary toiletries provided like clean soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, lotion and a hair dryer.

Dining/Living Room:
Great open concept for entertaining the family and friends, large flat screen complete with every channel Dish Network has to offer, Amazon Prime & Netflix. There is free high speed internet throughout.

NO KITCHEN. We do have a fridge, microwave, toaster & Keurig coffee maker. Fully stocked.

Guest access:
Guests have access to everything in the space. Everything provided is for our guests comfort and enjoyment. Come in and play games or watch countless movies. Please carry out what you carry in. Guest will be assigned a personal access code to enter the property.

Interaction with guests:
Your hosts live upstairs and you will hear some of our noises, see house rules below. The aerial photo shows parking spots; Park Here area is 2 off-street spots and Enter Here is your private entrance. Feel free to contact us via phone/text/email or just knock on our door with any questions you might have or needs we can satisfy.

Other things to note:
Our home is pet friendly, upon approval. Do not instant book if you plan on bringing your pet. Small fee attached.

Wonderful Family Stay

Our family of 6 including our Goldendoodle made a pit stop here in Mapleton for our road trip to Boise, Idaho and we had the entire basement to ourselves with all the accommodations of a motel that made the stay a pleasant one. Lindi the host was very kind and a great communicator with the few questions I had and I highly recommend anyone staying here.

My mother and I were traveling across the country and stayed here while visiting friends from Salt Lake City. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the spot is very cozy. Tons of nice touches throughout, comfortable beds, and pre-equipped with everything you might need. Didn’t have my toddler son along on the trip but the place is kid friendly if he had been with me. There were even bath toys and a “Snowman Kit.” Great place and I highly recommend.

Great place for access to triathlon

We stayed for 3 nights, attending a triathlon. The venue was within walking distance, which we appreciated. The space is in the lower level of a residential property. The host is very kind, a great communicator, and responsive. The family lives upstairs and we heard some voices and such which did not bother us. The space is nicely furnished, spacious, and very clean. The host provides little treats such as coffee and power bars. As advertised, there is no kitchen. We used the fridge for snacks and ate at a local vegan restaurant - delicious food! The master bedroom is great. The bunk room is spacious as exercise equipment is pushed to the side to make room. While additional beds are available, I would not chose to stay with more than 2 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the yard, including chicken and turtle. The positive experience was greatly determined by the host’s wonderful hospitality and kindness. She is amazing.

Beautiful, comfortable, happy stay!

We LOVED this private, beautifully furnished property for a quick stay in Mapleton! Plenty of space for my husband and I to stay with our two grown kids. Everything we needed was at hand and the kids were thrilled with the generous snacks provided, after a long drive. Lindi is a great communicator and you can see how much thought she put into the space. We felt totally taken care of, even though our stay was short. Highly recommend, if you’re coming to this part of Utah! Would happily stay again!

We only came in town for one night So that we could attend the funeral of a family member. This home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy to access the entry. The beds were comfortable and the owner has a nice table in the entry with a few food items and such just to make your stay easier. We would definitely recommend this home.

This was a very charming basement apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and updated. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.
