Great property and I'll contact the host if I'm looking for a good place to stay in the Ruidoso area. Host was really good to me. When I notified him that I was leaving early, he sent me a partial refund. Totally unexpected

The cabin was nice but the front door sticks horribly, and especially when it was raining. The love seat in the den need some TLC.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful cabin that sits on a beautiful piece of property. The location of the cabin is perfect if you are visiting Ruidoso or Alamogordo. We would stay at this cabin again.

It was a perfect stay outside Ruidosa, close enough to the city, but far enough away to enjoy the wilderness. The cabin is really clean and feels very home like. we enjoyed our stay and we’ll stay there each time we visit.

From the moment we booked, the host was amazing. Very communicative and easy to talk to/get ahold of. The cabin is absolutely so cute and perfect for our little weekend get-away. The cabin definitely has enough space for a couple families. There’s a room for kids with two single beds and two master bedrooms. The room we were in was so cute and loved the decor. It’s very peaceful and comfortable. They just makes sure you feel at home and left a very easy to navigate visitor book. Check in was super simple and so was check out. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to just get away for the weekend for our anniversary. Next time we come this way, we will definitely book here again! 10/10 would recommend!!

Our host, James, was extremely helpful. He responded immediately to any questions we had. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. It felt cozy and welcoming. The games available for kids were perfect and the hot tub was excellent. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent house/cabin. Very large and private property. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. I have stayed at a few houses/cabins in the area throughout the years. This was the best one yet. I am hoping to come to the Ruidoso/Alto area next year for more mountain hiking and cooler summer temps. I will be requesting this property again. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay but rained most of the time! Unit was clean and worked for us! Dog friendly was good but could have been a lot better with a doggie door and small fenced yard! My big truck made it hard to park but we made it! Thanks

Great pet friendly property. James was very responsive with questions. House was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Hoped the Hot Tub would have been hot, but warmed up after about 1/2 a day.

2nd time staying at this great house in July for some great mountain hiking. Very spacious house and great large private property. I have stayed at a few houses in the Ruidoso, NM area throughout the years. I live in Dallas and really enjoy the peace and quiet and cool temps in the area in the July timeframe. This has been my favorite house to stay at. Again, very private. Sort of like a mini-ranch as I call it and tell my friends about. The host is very responsive. My first stay I could not figure out how to start the dishwasher. My learning curve issue. Great place to unwind, relax and live in a completely different world from hustle and bustle of city life.

The cabin was perfect for my family of 5. We liked that it offered space outside, not right next to other cabins. It was clean. The hot tub was nice. Definitely would rent it again.
