Vast and warmly appointed, your sun-drenched 2-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath adobe residence at A Bella Vista Valdez Lodge offers panoramic vistas through oversized windows with sliding doors, steep corbelled ceilings, brick entry and radiant-heated tile floors, sky lit staircase, custom woodwork and cabinetry, dual living rooms, propane -kiva fireplace on each floor, cook’s kitchen with European style appliances, full washer + dryer, original art and regional artifacts, spacious cedar deck with propane grill and seating off the main living room, and more. The second floor features a grand master bedroom with a king bed, kitchenette and seating for coffee or apres ski, enclosed patio with wood-burning chiminea and bench seating, sandstone-tiled full bathroom with tub and a second spacious bedroom outfitted with two queen beds located down the hall.
Private vehicle is necessary. Shuttle services are available for tours and airport transport. The nearest train station is in Ratan, NM. Taos has an airport which accommodates small prop and jet crafts. The nearest international airports are located in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM and Denver, CO.
