Super clean, very comfortable, plenty of space to be together or to find your own space. Loved the kitchen facilities- easy to cook and prepare food. plenty of room everywhere and beds were comfortable.

The house was as advertised. The air conditioning worked well. Rooms were clean and bathroom had plenty of supplies. The game room was a big hit with our grandson and adults alike. The kitchen had all new appliances, as well as pans and other necessities.The only downside for us were some of the pillows were very big and hard. But, with pillows each individual has their own preference, so it's hard to please everyone.

Our stay at this property was the best rental experience that we have ever had. The hosts were communicative and accommodating! Tyler allowed us to get in an hour early so that we could make a wedding rehearsal at 4:00! House was clean and well stocked for our stay. Great backyard for the toddler as well. Great neighborhood that was within walking distance of coffee and restaurants! The family had a great time. We would definitely return!!!

Overall the house was nice and had everything we needed. The owners were great at communicating everything we needed to know for the stay. Great location! Only negative was the pillows. They were either paper thin or really thick and firm. We ended up buying some of our own to use.

Excellent location for anyone wanting to be in the Overland Park area. It was a quiet neighborhood yet close to main attractions. The house provided our group privacy as well as nice common areas.

Came from STL to KC for a friends weekend. During which, I proposed and she said yes! The house was the perfect place to celebrate with room for everyone. Tyler and Maggie were easy to communicate with and were splendid hosts.

The house was a great location. We were able to walk to the farmers market. The house was well equipped with utensils, towels, etc. I would highly recommend!

Nice place; great location!

I’m not a fan of writing reviews, so I’ll keep this brief. Hosts were communicative & helpful. A/C worked great - even on hot days. Location is tough to beat. Easily walkable to Downtown Overland Park, which was full of great places.

This is the second year of many more (hopefully) that my 4 best friends from high school have gotten together to have fun and "catch up" with each other. This OP house was perfect for just that. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook for next year.

Perfect!!

We stayed at this home with another family for a few days over spring break. The house was the perfect size for us (four adults and four kids), and the location is PERFECT! We enjoyed walking to downtown OP and walks around the very safe neighborhood. It was also very easy for us to get to other areas of OP/KC. The house itself was very well stocked, thoughtfully furnished, and decorated beautifully! We especially loved the family room. It was the perfect hangout for the kids in the morning and the couch was big enough for all eight of us to snuggle in for movie nights! My kids are still talking about the cool color-changing fireplace :) We love visiting OP and will definitely be booking this house again the next time we are in town!

Hospital stay

This property was so clean—probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever rented. I can usually spot dust in vents, corners that haven’t been cleaned well or the top of the refrigerator is dusty. (I know! Very picky!) However, this property was clean, well maintained and in a good, safe and quiet neighborhood.

This home is beautiful! They have done a great job on making guestd feel comfortable and spacious. The game room with large screrb TV and even an arcade with Pacman, made the home a great gathering place. The home is perfect.
