Recently updated condo in Alexander City and just off Highway 280. This is one of the best locations on the lake with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. This condo comes with a dedicated boat slip and is completely furnished and stocked for all your needs for a relaxing visit. Come enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. With a super comfy king bed, an amazing queen bed, and twin over full bunk beds, guests will have a comfortable stay. The property also features WiFi, washer and dryer, two pools, and this unit is located on the 3rd floor convenient to the elevators. If you are looking to rent a boat, River North Marina has you covered and is located across Highway 280 from the property. If you have your own boat, you can launch at the Alexander City Boat launch just a few minutes away, and then doc your boat in the dedicated boat slip. There is a new Publix shopping center 5 minutes from the condo with lots of shops and a Starbucks.

NLCC IS A FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY. THE HOA RULES STATE IF AUTHORITIES ARE CALLED TO QUELL A DISTURBANCE CAUSE BY RENTERS, THE OWNER OF RENTED CONDO WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A FINE OF UP TO $1000 PER OCCURRENCE. THE RENTER OF THE UNIT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS COMPLEX IS A QUIET, FAMILY ORIENTED COMMUNITY. THE RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS RULE AND AGREES TO PAY THIS FINE IF AUTHORITIES ARE SUMMONED DUE TO DISTURBANCE CREATED BY RENTER OR GUEST OF RENTER
