I enjoyed the location and access to the beach. This condo was exactly as pictured and the beds were very nice and comfy. Encourage this unit if ever coming to Miramar. Great communication with the owner.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was well appointed and close to many places walking distance, including a coffee shop that was so good! We cooked several meals here and the kitchen is well stocked! The beach is 5 star with a short, beautiful walk! We will be back.

Great location

Love the location. Short walk to the beach. We came down for a music festival at seascape. Easy walk to venue. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly.

Amazing vacation!

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband and I came with our 13 year old son, 17 year old daughter and 2 of her friends. The condo was spacious and we never felt crowded. It had everything we needed and more! A short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and things to do right around us. Dennine was an amazing host and answered all my questions! We will definitely stay here again

The comforts of home and more!!

Our family, 2 adults and 4 children, loved staying at this Alerio condo. The location is just across the street from the geronimo street beach access was so convenient for our family. I loved the ocean themed decorations and the open concept of the condo. The beds were super comfy as well which is a must!!!The kids loved taking advantage of the pool as well. We will definitely be booking again!!

Awesome and roomy

We had 7 people stay. 1, 7, 10, 16 yr old grandkids daughter, myself, and husband. The place was huge and super nice! It was perfect distance to beach just across the street. The pool was perfect for kids and hot tub for adults! The owner was really patient with anything that was needed! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location

This condo is in a great location! You just walk across the street (not a huge highway) to the beach. The condo was updated and nicely decorated. It had most everything we needed, and the owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Things to note: There are two small flights of stairs down to the beach, so keep that in mind if you have a wagon/someone with limited mobility like we did. The condos in this building only have one parking space each.
