Regarding parking, the one-space-per-unit rule is set by the HOA, and unfortunately, neither Beach Blue nor the unit owner has control over this policy. Although we make sure to state this in the rental listing, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also apologize for any issues you encountered with the furniture or sheets. We take the cleanliness of our units very seriously and sincerely apologize if you were not satisfied. Although the inspection pictures taken prior to your arrival do not depict any issues, we have replaced all linens and alerted our housekeeping and maintenance teams of your concerns. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to address this. Again, we are so sorry for any issues you encountered and appreciate your candid feedback. Hello Shonnie! Thank you for such an amazing review! We are more than happy to let guests in the home early if it is clean and inspected. A lot of times, we are waiting on an inspector to ensure that the home is cleaned to perfection before your arrival. As soon as we get the OK from the inspector, we call guests and get them in as early as possible with no issues. This is to ensure that the guest is getting the best service and a clean unit to start their vacation off right! We assure you this is not the standard of cleanliness our guests have come to expect and we take your comments very seriously. We have scheduled a deep clean of this unit and will be sure to have our team inspect the furniture to see if any replacements are needed. We hate to hear that you changed the shower curtain as we encourage our guests to notify a member of our team of any concerns upon discovery so we may remedy these as soon as possible.
