Escape to your lakefront retreat! This home offers direct access to Tims Ford Lake, complete with a private dock and 2 complimentary kayaks for exploration. Unwind by the fire pit, challenge your friends to a game of pool or foosball, or sit back in the movie style seating and watch your favorite movie. With spacious living areas both upstairs and downstairs, it’s the perfect spot for family gatherings or group getaways. Relax, recharge, and enjoy endless fun, all while surrounded by the natural beauty of Tims Ford Lake!

Perfect house for a group stay. Four spacious private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful lake view. The pool table was a hit with our group. Highly recommend for families or groups of 8. Cory the property manager was very helpful with the area also.

This is a lovely home with lots of nice amenities on the lake. The theater style room was used for movie night and football games and enjoyed by all.

This property was wonderful, spacious, clean, well maintained and plenty of bathrooms that were well cared for and tasteful decorated. The upstairs beds combines well with the theater room and foosball game, the kids and adults will love it.Downstairs area was just as well decorated and layout was great for family time. This open up to a patio that had Fire Pit. The bedrooms downstairs slept very comfortably and the lake outback, was nice and fishing was good and relaxing. Oh, the main floor also had a screened in patio deck that over looked the lake, spacious living room and big kitchen that is well stocked with pots and pans. I would recommend this to any family wanting to get away for short or long vacation. It is worth it.

Nice house

We stayed there for a girls weekend. Easy to get to, easy to get in. House was clean and I appreciate the communication with the management team. Home has many fun features and a well stocked kitchen for entertaining. I think my favorite was the fire pit and the Movie night upstairs with the large screen TV and coffee couches. We would come back again.

Fun family Time together

Much needed time away together with kids and grandkids. Good place for cousins to fish together And just relax. Early morning and early evening were best time to catch fish off the dock. Adirondack chairs are a really nice touch on the dock and I was glad I brought life vests for the grandkids to wear since the dock does not have rails. Helped the adults relax while the kids fished. Enjoyed walking the simple trails at Tim’s Ford State Park. The highlight of the trip for the adults was the trip in to Winchester to Piezan Pizzeria for lunch. What a little treasure. Delicious food right downtown in a cute atmosphere. House was a good set up for multi family stay— a little crowded during meal times but you can make it work.
