Anniversary stay

We love the house, very clean and spacious. Near anything you want to eat or do. The pool was very nice and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Nice vacation

I usually come to FL once a year, usually stay at the hotel, this time I decided to rent the house since I took my 2 dogs. The house is very clean, looks just like on the posted pictures. I loved that everything was child / pets secured so my dogs couldn't get into anything. We enjoyed the pool, it was heated with lights on. The first night the light shut off earlier than expected, I reached out to property manager Jayson, he came next morning to fix it. All the stores are very close to the house. I will deff stay there again

Mom and daughter trip

I stayed at this home with my two daughters and one of my daughter’s friends. Upon arrival the house was immaculate! A dream! The neighborhood turned out to be perfect! We felt safe, we were close to EVERYTHING! The pool was warm, yet refreshing. We were super close to all the beaches, shopping, restaurants. I recommend checking out Las Olas Blvd and the Las Olas beach. Shopping!! The beach is happening and fun!! So beautiful!!! We drove up to Boca Raton what a beautiful beach. Deerfield beach was awesome. At Deerfield we rented 2 cabanas with 4 chairs for 30 and hr. Or 1cabana and 2 chairs for 15an hour. They have daily rates that are better for over 4 hours. We visited Pomano beach with a cabana rental they had higher rates. Lauderdale by the sea a cool spot at night enjoy the beach get some ice cream at Slones (you won’t be disappointed) They have a $99 ice cream that comes with a kitchen sink or a giant sand bucket sunday for $25 or something individual for everyone. Thanks Claude for an amazing stay! Highly recommend ♥️

Tout est très bien et très propre. Il ne manque rien ou peut-être un peu plus de lumière pour un souper extérieur et un chauffage pour la piscine. Mais le séjour fût parfait.

Fantastic holiday getaway

House was perfect for our family holiday getaway! We had close access to beaches, took advantage of the backyard pool, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the house! The pictures are accurate and everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you can possibly need (and more). Washer and dryer is a great plus (especially with kids). The pool and yard are great - unfortunately, our weather wasn't great to get good use out of the pool this time. Very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in the area - beach, restaurants, etc. Owner communication was great and super easy. Electronic lock was great and allowed us to enter easily on arrival - and no keys to lose! Highly recommended property. We will definitely keep on our list to book again on our next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

Très beau séjour

Nous sommes restés 30jours l’endroit est exactement comme sur les photos, la piscine est agréable. Nous n’avons pas été gâté par la nature mais l’endroit est près de plusieurs activités avec nos petits enfants.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My husband and I rented this home for three weeks and it was absolutely perfect for us. Everything appears as it does in the pictures and as described. Our daughter, son in-law and 5 month old granddaughter came for four days to visit during our stay. The pool and the backyard are extremely private and in very quiet location. Neighbors are friendly and the home is a short distance to restaurants & bars. When traveling my first priority is that it’s clean and this home did not disappoint!

Winter Getaway

This house was awesome for our 1st winter away from home. Very clean, beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Backyard is nice with a wonderful heated pool. Close to beach and great restaurants. We had our dog and it is a very safe and friendly neighborhood for walking.

Excellent Executed Property

This property is very nicely laid out in floor plan and interior materials like a fine hotel. The floors are beautiful natural stone or a man made tile that you cannot tell is not stone, not sure but they are wonderful. The interior looks freshly painted. Everything inside the house worked; light switches, shower, faucets, appliances, etc. The pool was clean and the backyard is very private. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The bedroom right off the door to the pool is not as comfortable but acceptable. This is a five star property. I would recommend to the owner to replace the cookware. The frying pans and pots are old do NOT go with the property. It is like putting bald tires on a brand new car. Get a set of All Clad cookware so for those guests who enjoy cooking, the cookware will match the property. A set of All Clad might cost $600 or $800, you could charge $5 more per night and easily recoup your expense. Wonderful place regardless.

Wonderful property

We loved this property, it's in a beautiful, friendly and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks. The house was very clean and well equipped. It is also close to the beach and many stores. The property manager Jason was quick responding to our emails which we very much appreciated. We will definitely rent again with no hesitation.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was exactly as it was listed. Clean and fully stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Property mangers were very responsive when needing anything. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and had a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely added to my favorites

Stayed at this property for a week. Our arrival/check in was a bit stressful, but the owner/property manager were very apologetic and everything was well. The property is just as the pics you see, absolutely beautiful and very clean. You have everything needed to cook (if you are a cook like me) and definitely feel at home. The pool was cleaned a couple of times during the week we stayed and Jay the property manager was quick to order a net for the pool when I had informed him the original net was torn, so him and Claude respond quickly to your needs, I’ll definitely return. You won’t regret your stay!

Exceptional Property

The house was exactly as it appears in the pictures online and was very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect with the solar heated system making the water the perfect swimming temperature at all times. We look forward to booking here again for our next family vacation

Home away from Home.

This property is very well looked after and was immaculately clean. It has a well stocked kitchen ( far better than most I have stayed in) . All linens were fresh and the beds were comfortable. Claude, the owner was a great communicator and answered all my queries within minutes. I loved the contemporary vibe and really felt quite at home. We found some amazing cafes and restaurants all within easy distances. I would love to return at some point, we have a wonderful stay.

Nice little Mid Century place

We had a great short stay at the Central Corals property. We liked the inside design of the place, reflecting the mid century vibe with some modern touches, just as you see on the pictures. The neighborhood is still a little up and coming, but definitely you get a safe vibe, and the neighbors are very friendly!

Originally from Montreal, I now live in Houston TX, by way of Long Beach, California. After spending a lot of time in beautiful and relaxing Fort Lauderdale over the years, I decided to buy a vacation house for my own enjoyment, and to share with other travelers.

After a long search, i came across this beautiful property that had just been completely renovated. The house was perfect, spacious, contemporary, with a beautiful kitchen, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Only hiccup, there was no pool. So i had one put in!

The most unique feature of the house is its beautiful kitchen in a great open living and dining area. The floors are also nice and shinny. I'm also very happy with the pool, simple line, good size, and completely private.
