The home is complete with a 24-foot round oasis pool & large screened lanai area outside, three nautical-inspired bedrooms with four total beds, as well as a living room sofa bed to accommodate larger families. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, and ample spacious indoor and outdoor common areas for gathering.

The home is equipped with a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay, whether you’re here for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a business trip. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels. Additional features include high-speed internet, gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking, two outdoor lounge chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor firepit table for cozy evenings, and a large selection of pool toys. For beach outings, you'll find beach chairs and sand toys, while indoor entertainment is covered with a large variety of board games, and a dartboard and foosball table in the garage.

The surrounding area is easy to navigate by car and is located less than 30 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) or 40 minutes from the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD). Guests can reach the Yacht Club Public Beach in 15 minutes, Fort Myers Beach in 30 minutes, and Sanibel Island in 40 minutes. For those interested in venturing out further, the home is also less than an hour from Naples and less than 1.5 hours from the Siesta Key and Sarasota areas. For those renting cars for their visit, it is recommended to purchase the Sun Pass with your rental, as tolls are charged when crossing the bridges between Ft. Myers and Cape Coral, as well as the bridge to Sanibel Island.

The property was perfect for us and met our needs. It is a lovely home and neighborhood. However, the top bunk bed pictured was not stable for use (our daughter who sleeps on a top bunk at home was worried about its stability). We did not contact the property manager about the bunk bed as we had plenty of room for the six of us.
