This place was so amazing. Greg, the property manager was so helpful with any questions we had. We arrived and it was clean, beautifully decorated and perfect spot to relax and unwind. Walking distance from town and close in proximity to anything we wanted to do on our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The proximity of this home to town was awesome as we came for a concert at the Panida Theater. We grabbed a quick bite to eat from one of the neighboring restaurants and walked to the theater. The outside area is really great! We don’t get to Sandpoint very often but would definitely stay here again! The house met our needs and was comfortable! Greg, your check-in, check-out “instruction/guide” book was unlike any we have ever seen….well done!

We loved this house so much! Super clean, cozy and just the right amount of space for a family of four. So many nice touches (ample towels, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, yoga mats, natural shampoo/conditioner/soap, ceramic pots, books, magazines, a few games, great beds, amazing backyard). Perfect location close to everything but quiet. Host was great! It’s worth every penny!

Great location to walk to downtown! Pictures show exactly what it looks like inside. The private sauna and hot tub sold the property for us since we were planning on snowboarding all day, and they were wonderful. One note is that the backyard is on an alley, so there is some/minimal noise from that. Our family would stay again.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable, close to activities around Sandpoint, had AC, was dog friendly, parking was good (we had a big truck), and the complimentary local coffee was a nice touch!

The airstream oasis is a fantastic place for a cozy retreat. The private backyard with sauna and hot tub is a dream. The home is setup with several thoughtful details such as a lovely stocked beverage station and comfy Turkish towels for the outdoor spa. She's quite pricey for a couple, but the house is bigger than expected with plenty of room to share with another couple. The upstairs bedroom is cute with a nice sky light. Location couldn't be much better with food, drink, shops and the 3rd Ave Pier Park all in close walking distance. We'd definitely return for another relaxing vacation.

Perfect spot!

Traveling for a short trip to Sandpoint and this property couldn’t have been more perfect for my stay! Check in and communication with Greg was simple and he was always responsive. The location is perfect and the surrounding town is quaint. The airstream sauna and the hot tub were a perfect way to end the winter day.! 10/10 recommend this property. Perfect location for our weekend in Sandpoint. We love the backyard for the dogs and the sauna and hot tub are a great perk! Greg was super accommodating, responded quickly and even contacted me about a left behind item before I knew it was lost. Come stay and enjoy downtown Sandpoint. If you are sensitive to noise I would recommend ear plugs since the ally and Pizza place can be noisy at times.
